"There will ever remain a band from my Ummah fighting on the Haq until the Day of Qiyaamah. Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them." (Hadith) Among most Muslims, including the Ulama, there is an evil tendency which is extremely inimical to Imaan. This is the attitude of deleting Allah Ta'ala from occurrences, events and upheavals which develop in creation. All theories and ideas proffered to explain events set Allah Ta'ala aside. In fact, Allah Ta'ala is the furthest from the minds when analyses and theories are presented to explain developments and events. This is an attitude of kufr of which even the Ulama are oblivious. While the Ulama recite the Qur'aan Majeed and are aware of numerous Aayaat which attribute all events to Allah Ta'ala, they delete Him from the equation. They react to events as if the Qur'aan Majeed is irrelevant and the Aayaat meaningless, only valid for Tilaawat. For example the mammoth political upheavals in Gazza which are currently of topical importance, is attributed to a variety of theories and conspiracies, all of which exclude Allah Azza Wa Jal from the equation. Yet Allah Ta'ala states in His glorious Qur'aan Majeed: "Not an atom in the earth nor in the heaven nor anything smaller nor anything bigger is hidden from your Rabb, but it is Recorded in a Clear Kitaab." (Yoonus, Aayat 61) "By Him are the Keys of the Ghaib. No one knows it besides Him. He is aware whatever is on the land and in the ocean, and not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth (underground) nor anything moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Kitaab." (Al-An'aam, Aayat 59) "O my son! If there is even an atom inside a rock or in the heavens or in the earth, Allah will bring it forth. Verily, Allah is Most Perceptive (Lateef) and Most Aware (Khabeer)." (Luqmaan, Aayat 16) Even the fall of a leaf from a tree is the effect of the direct intervention and decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The mind is boggled and can never fathom any of the great and wonderful operations of Allah Ta'ala. The Qur'aan Majeed is replete with Aayaat proclaiming the supreme power of Allah Ta'ala. "Verily, Allah is All-Powerful over all things." Then, the Aqeedah of Taqdeer is integral to Imaan. Denial of this Aqeedah expels the denier from the fold of Islam. Regarding the calamities which befall mankind, Muslims and non-Muslims, jinn kind and animal kind, and in all creation, the Qur'aan Majeed informs us in many Aayaat: "Whatever misfortune befalls you on earth or in yourselves, is recorded in a Kitaab before We bring it into existence. Verily, that is for Allah simple. (Al-Hadeed, Aayat 22) "Whatever misfortune befalls you is the consequence of what your hands have earned, and He overlooks much (of your transgressions without punishing you)." (As-Shuraa, Aayat 30) "No misfortune befalls (you) except with the permission of Allah." (At-Taghaabun, Aayat 11) The Qur'aan and Ahaadith are also replete with warnings of dire Athaab (Punishment) for treachery, gross transgression, abstention from Amr Bil Ma'roof, etc. The Ulama are well aware of these Aayaat and Ahaadith, but the predictions of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) are materializing right in front of our eyes, and among these is the almost total abstention from Amr Bil Ma'roof Nahyi Anil Munkar. This signifies the imminence of the aam (universal) Athaab of Allah Ta'ala for this treacherous Ummah. When calamities on a genocidal scale settle on the Ummah, these must be understood as Athaab by the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. It is of the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal to deracinate and wipe out a community of treacherous transgressors. Thus, what is unfolding today in Gazza is by the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Do not delete Allah Azza Wa Jal from the Gazza upheavals. The Yahood and their American and other supporters are mere cogs in the Divine Scheme. Israel, U.S.A. and the entire world of the kuffaar are unable to lift a finger to harm Muslims if it is not willed and decreed by Allah Azza Wa Jal. All of these kuffaar forces are part of the Armies of Allah Ta'ala. In this regard the Qur'aan Majeed states: 'No one knows the Armies of your Rabb except Him." (Al-Muddath-thir, Aayat 31) "Unto Allah belongs the armies of the heavens and of the earth And, Allah is All-Aware and All-Wise." (Al-Fatah, Aayat 4) Stating with clarity that even the kuffaar enemies of the Muslims are part of the Army of Allah Azza Wa Jal, the Qur'aan Majeed says: "When the first of the two Promises (of Punishment) came, We sent against you (Bani Israaeel) such of Our servants (they were kuffaar) who were powerful in war. Then they penetrated the homes (and cities), and it was a Promise fulfilled." (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 5) "Then when the second Promise came (it was to enable them -the kuffaar) to disfigure your faces and to enter the Musjid (Al-Aqsa) just as they had done the first time, and they destroyed everything they overran." (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 7) The kuffaar, earthquakes, volcano eruptions, floods, hurricanes, fires, locusts, and every other calamity which befall mankind from time to time belong to the Armies of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Yahood, the Nasaara and all the kuffaar dominate, oppress and brutalize the Ummah only to the degree permitted by Allah Ta'ala. Of their own, they are powerless. The only Operator is Allah Azza Wa Jal. It therefore never befits Muslims to dwell in ignorance regarding the causes underlying their misery and the calamities which are befalling them nor should they search for answers and solutions in the ways and methodology of the kuffaar. The Qur'aan and the Ahaadith explain with clarity the remedy and solution for the hardships and calamities under which the Ummah is languishing today. The only reason for the misery of the Ummah is Muslim treachery and abandonment of Islam. The only solution is Inaabat Ilallaah, that is to turn unto Allah Ta'ala with Taubah (Repentance), Istighfaar (Seeking forgiveness), Taa-at (Obedience to the Shariah) and Ibaadat (Worship). Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Whatever is by Allah is available only by Obedience to Him." By Him is our prosperity, success and victory. Commanding the Qur'aanic Solution, Allah Ta'ala says: "Turn unto your Rabb (with repentance) and submit fully to Him before there comes the Athaab, then you will not be aided." And, follow that most beautiful (Shariah) revealed to you from Your Rabb before there comes to you the Athaab suddenly whilst you do not understand. (Az-Zumar, 54, 55) The Athaab of Allah Ta'ala comes suddenly and swiftly, and it will run its prescribed course, and no amount of duas of the pious people at that time will be of any benefit. This is the Sunnah of Allah Ta'ala: "Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Allah." The Athaab of Gazza is staring us all in the face. Heed the writing on the wall. Heed the warning. No one knows who is next on the List of Allah Azza Wa Jal for His Athaab. May Allah Ta'ala have mercy on us all. May He bestow to us the taufeeq of Inaabat. (Al-A'raaf, Aayat 128) Just as Allah Ta'ala had permitted, in fact decreed, the slaughter of tens of thousands of baby boys of Bani Israaeel by Fir'oun, so too, in the same way is Allah Ta'ala today allowing the Yahood to perpetrate genocide in Gazza. She contended that Khan contracted a second marriage without obtaining her consent thereby, violating the provisions outlined in the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance,1961. The petitioner presented in court her marriage certificate, birth certificate, and B-Form of the couple's child as well as an attested copy of the accused's second marriage certificate. She also submitted testimonies from witnesses. In his defense, the accused maintained that it was only after his first wife's permission that he contracted the second marriage, adding that he did not conceal his marital status. Khan accused the prosecution witnesses of deposing against him falsely. To back his claims, the accused produced a copy of a suit for dissolution of marriage, complaints of the wife's alleged misconduct, and other documents. His counsel argued that the accused contracted the marriage with his first wife's verbal permission and that she was aware of it, but did not file any complaint earlier. He said the complainant did not produce her father and brother as witnesses during the trial, in front of whom she had given permission. Enter the Holy Land (Jerusalem) which Allah has ordained for you, and do not renege on your backs, for then you will become the losers." "They said: 'O Musaa! Verily, therein (in Jerusalem) is an extremely powerful nation, and most certainly we shall not enter the city until they do not get out from there. If they get out from it, then surely we shall enter.' Then two men from those who feared Allah and on whom Allah had bestowed His Favour, said: 'Storm them from the doorway! If you enter it (the City), then verily you will be victorious. And, repose trust on Allah if indeed you are Mu'mineen." They said: 'O Musaa! We shall definitely never enter the City as long as they (the kuffaar) are therein. Therefore, go! – You and your Rabb and fight (the kuffaar). We shall most certainly sit here." (Al-Maaidah, 21-24) With a heavy heart, dissociating himself from the cowardly and treacherous Yahood, Hadhrat Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) supplicated to Allah Ta'ala: "O my Rabb! Verily, I have no power except on myself and my Brother (Haroon). Therefore, separate us from a nation of Faasiqeen." Then Allah said: "Verily, it (Jerusalem) is forbidden for them for forty years. They will wander aimlessly (in confusion) in the land. Now do not grieve over a nation of Faasiqeen." (Al-Maaidah, 25, 26) The La'nat of Allah Azza Wa Jal has perpetually settled on the Yahood, hence one of their salient moral attitudes is extreme cowardice. And, this is the cause of their brutality. The organization refers to the numbers as "notable and worrisome." In the last half year since October 7, Eran received 172,000 requests for mental health support by phone or internet. This averages 33,000 per month, with a higher-than-average number (44,000) in the war's first month. The average daily call load since the beginning of the war stands at 920. On October 7 alone, the organization dealt with more than 3,500 incoming calls. This compares to 500 calls on a routine Saturday. There has been a 10 percent increase over the usual number of calls from men, a population that tends to call the hotline infrequently. Many calls came from soldiers (male and female) on regular and reserve duty, as was reflected by the fact that 41% of calls received by the hotline were from people between the ages of 18 and 35. Children and teens under age 17 called in at a rate 125% higher than the same period last year. This increase was particularly evident in the early weeks of the war. "That is so because Allah will not change (eliminate) any Favour which He had bestowed to a nation until they change that which is within themselves. Verily, Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 53) " Verily, Allah does not change the condition of a nation until they themselves change what is within themselves. When Allah wills evil (calamity/punishment) to befall a nation, then there is none who can avert it." Since Muslims in Burma (and elsewhere) have changed obedience for disobedience - since they have become treacherous to Allah Ta'ala – since they have traversed in their transgression of fisq and fujoor beyond the point of redemption, Allah Ta'ala has inflicted his Athaab on them in the form of the Buddhist oppression and brutality which have been the continuous fate of the Burmese Muslims for many decades. The Athaab of Allah a'ala is the effect of zulm which the people have committed on themselves as the Qur'aan states explicitly. The Qur'aan states: "We have not committed zulm on them. But they have oppressed themselves (hence the Punishment)." The Qur'aan Majeed states with clarity and emphasis that Allah Ta'ala changes the condition of a people only if they change the condition of their hearts. Since the Burmese Muslims (as well as other Muslims who are suffering) refuse to change their condition of fisq, fujoor and kufr, the Athaab continues incessantly. Allah Ta'ala has abandoned them because they refuse to reform and return to the Deen. In the refugee camps where tens of thousands are languishing in squalor, ignorance and poverty, they waste away their lives with fisq and fujoor (disobedience and immorality). We have seen in these refugee camps many Huffaaz and others who are able to impart basic Deeni Ta'leem to the thousands of children growing up like animals and kuffaar. But it does not occur to these idle and hopeless men to conduct Maktab classes in the camps to teach the children. However, if outsiders pay them salaries, they will teach. If there are no outsiders to pay, they will simply destroy their lives in indolence and sin and not spare a care for the fate of the children in these camps. There is simply no Deen in these suffering masses of people. Even in the camps they are lost in sin and transgression. They sink deeper into the quagmire of sin and transgression. There is just no intention to reform and become obedient slaves of Allah Ta'ala. Hence, they remain suffering, deprived of the aid of Allah Ta'ala. "If you aid (the Deen of) Allah, He will aid you, and plant your feet firmly (against your enemy.) "If Allah aids you, no one can vanquish you, and if He abandons you, then who can aid you besides Him." UN rights office spokeswoman Elizabeth Throssell told reporters in Geneva on Friday that tens of thousands of civilians have been displaced in recent days by the fighting in Buthidaung and Maungdaw townships. "An estimated 45,000 Rohingya have reportedly fled to an area on the Naf River near the border with Bangladesh, seeking protection," she said, as she urged the protection of civilians according to international law. UN rights chief Volker Turk was urging Bangladesh and other countries "to provide effective protection to those seeking it, in line with international law, and to ensure international solidarity with Bangladesh in hosting Rohingya refugees in Myanmar", she said. But Al Jazeera's Tanvir Chowdhury, reporting from Cox's Bazar in Bangladesh, said that with more than a million Rohingya already in the country, the government has been reluctant to take more, leaving the latest refugees stuck on the Myanmar side of the border. 'Beheadings' James Rodehaver, head of the rights office's Myanmar team, described the horrifying situation many were fleeing from. He said his team had received testimonies and seen satellite images, online videos and pictures indicating that Buthidaung town had been "largely burned". "We have received information indicating that the burning did start on May 17 … two days after the military had retreated from the town … and the Arakan Army claimed to have taken full control of the village." One survivor had described seeing dozens of dead bodies as he fled Buthidaung, while another had said he was among tens of thousands who fled the town only to find themselves blocked by the Arakan Army on the road west towards Maungdaw town. Then they (recklessly) indulge in fisq (immorality) in the land. Thus does the decree (of Punishment) become confirmed for them. Then We utterly demolish (and destroy) them). (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 16) The swiftness of the vile transformation of Arabia is the Writing on the Wall for the destruction of the kufr regime and the villainous populace. Among the Waajibaat (compulsory factors) of Tawaaf is for able persons to walk, not to ride to execute the Tawaaf. The hukm for omitting a Waajib act is to repeat the Tawaaf. If it is not repeated, the Dumm penalty will become obligatory. That is, a goat/sheep has to be slaughtered as compensation for the omission of the Waajib act. It is haraam to ride in any contraption or on a mount without valid reason when making Tawaaf. Nowadays, the kufr Saudi regime has fabricated the system of gokarts to fun-drive hujjaaj for executing Tawaaf. The introduction of carts is indeed a shaitaani ploy to destroy the Hajj of people. Innumerable able-bodied persons are taking advantage of this haraam introduction. They enjoy the stupid, haraam rides around the Ka'bah Shareef. In fact, they wave to passengers in carts they pass thus making a huge haraam mockery of the Tawaaf. They further compound their haraam villainy with pictures and videos. Hajj and Umrah have become fun-fares for most people. There is no need for surprise when horrendous calamities overtake this Ummah. "Muslim" tourists, especially women during their haidh periods are polluting the Holy Site of Musjidul Aqsa. Musjidul Aqsa is not confined to the relatively small Musjid building where the daily Salaat is performed by a negligible number of musallis. The entire compound of 35 acres constitutes Musjidul Aqsa. Women during their haidh periods also invade the compound to pollute the sanctity of Mujidul Aqsa. Their visit to the Musjid under guise of ibaadat is pure shaitaaniyat. They conduct themselves just like the kuffaar do. It is therefore not surprising that Allah Ta'ala is permitting the Yahood to grab control of the Musjidul Aqsa and to dictate the terms of entry. Muslims have been slaughtering and consuming beef in India since time immemorial. The brutality and oppression by the savage Hindu cow-worshippers are unprecendental. Be this as it may. It is essential for Muslims to understand that whatever happens in creation is by the decree of Allah Ta'ala. "Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. There is neither a seed in the darkness of the earth nor anything dry or moist but it is recorded in a Clear Book." Allah Ta'ala is aware of the zulm (oppression and brutality) being meted out to Muslims in India and elsewhere. He sees and He hears. He has the power to stop the oppression, but He does not. And that is because the zulm of the kuffaar is a form of Divine Punishment for our own zulm against ourselves and Allah Ta'ala. The zulm on Muslims perpetrated by the kuffaar is the punishment for Muslim treachery against Allah Ta'ala. Muslims have in reality abandoned Islam despite professing verbally to be Muslims, hence Allah Ta'ala witholds His Nusrat (Aid) and punishes us with kuffaar zulm. The only solution is Inaabat Ilallaah. That is, to turn to Allah Ta'ala with Taubah (Repentence) and to adopt the Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Minus obedience and ibaadat there will always be failure, misery and humiliation for Muslims. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Whatever is by Allah, is obtainable by means of Obedience," Safety, protection, honour and power are all by Allah Ta'ala. Slaughter of cows, which some Hindu people worship as a deity, and their progeny is banned in most of India, as is the consumption of their meat. In Madhya Pradesh, cow slaughter is punished by seven years in jail, and the burden of proof is on the accused. There is no legal provision to destroy the property of a person accused of cow slaughter, let alone before they have been tried. Yet, states run by Narendra Modi's Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party in particular routinely raze homes as punishment for suspected crimes such as cow slaughter and incitement to sectarian violence. The victims are overwhelmingly Muslims. Their only 'daleel' is what Mufti Muhammad Shafi (Rahmatullah alayh) had opined. Firstly, Hadhrat Mufti Shafi's opinion was for the setting in Pakistan which in his view could still be redeemed and saved from the brink of Jahannam if men of the Deen could seize the reins of power, become the government, abrogate the constitution of Taghoot and institute the Shariah as the Law of the Land. But that was a 'distant pipe dream' which was unattainable, but which the honourable Mufti Sahib could not foresee. Secondly, western influences stunted the wisdom which stems from the stolid conservatism of the Ideology of the Sunnah, hence there was an interpretive mellowing of the rustic style of the Shariah to surrender to the demands of the crass kufr western code with its immoral social conventions. It is most unfortunate, in fact tragic, that even our senior Ulama having fallen by the wayside of spiritual stagnation and retrogression which was the fatal consequence of the creeping disease of Imaani desensitization resulting from proximity and mingling with the fussaaq and kuffaar. Instead of Amr Bil Ma'roof and Da'wat, they surrendered with docility to kowtow and bootlick the political leadership which consisted of Munaafiqeen and Murtaddeen. They forgot that Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) proclaimed on the occasion of taking possession of the City of Jerusalem: "We are a Nation whom Allah has elevated with Islam." It is of the demands of the Office of the Ulama who are supposed to be the Representatives of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) to state their fatwas in the shadow of the Qur'aan: "Seek aid from Allah and have Sabr, for verily, the earth belongs to Allah. He apportions it to whomever of His servants He wills. And, the ultimate victory is for the Muttaqeen." This Sabr and Divine Aid are the constituents of the Qur'aanic Code of life (the Shariah) which are the vital requisites for success and prosperity which cannot be acquired by watering down the Shariah for the sake of submitting to the law of Taghoot. Should validity be eked out from the Shariah like blood from a stone for predicating Mufti Shafi's view with permissibility, then it has to be incumbently related to the then prevailing Pakistani scenario. It is absolutely ludicrous and glaringly haraam to cite Mufti Shafi's fatwa as the Maqees Alayh for transferring the ruling of permissibility to voting here in South Africa where all the candidates are the illegitimate progeny of Iblees, including those juhala and fussaaq who masquerade as Muslims when in reality they are Munaafiqeen. Thus, we can state without hesitation and mildly that the molvis who promote voting for Taghoot are Juhhaal at the minimum. While Gazza and its people are being brutally massacred and the land reduced to rubble, there are Palestinian shaitaani elements concerned with their haraam football sport. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that every sport of the Muslim is haraam. In addition to haraam sport, Palestinians had adopted a life style in total conflict with Islam. They live more like the Yahudis. Since they had cast Islam behind their backs, they are today suffering the consequences of their treachery unto Allah Ta'ala. Since the time of having lost Palestine in 1948, they have drifted further and further from the Deen. When Muslims transgress beyond the point of no return, then the greater punishment of Allah Azza Wa Jal overtakes them. In this regard the Qur'aan Majeed states: "We shall most assuredly give them to taste from the lesser punishment, not the greater Punishment, for perhaps they will return (to the Path of the Deen.)" Since the lesser punishments over the decades has not been heeded, the "greater" punishment has finally overtook them. The hearts of kings are in My Hand (Control). When My servants obey Me, I turn the hearts of their kings towards them with kindness and mercy. And, when they disobey Me, I turn the hearts of their rulers against them with wrath and vengeance. Then they (the rulers) severely oppress them. Therefore, do not concern yourselves with vilification (abusing of) the rulers. Resort to Allah with Taubah (repentance). Then will He be merciful to you" In this Hadith, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) mentions with clarity several vital factors underlying political upheavals: 1. Only Allah Ta'ala is in control. 2. Oppression, brutality, genocide of the kings, rulers and governments are by the decree of Allah Ta'ala. 3. The solution for the misery, suffering and humiliation of Muslims is to turn unto Allah Ta'ala with Repentance and Obedience. 4. Vilifying the rulers and looking askance at the kuffaar for help will never solve the problems of this Ummah. The current genocide in Palestine is merely the recrudescence of the type of Athaab with which Allah Azza Wa Jal had punished bygone nations. Almost all the casualties are civilians, not Hamas/ Resistance fighters. While extremely few fighters have been killed, thousands of Israeli soldiers have been killed and wounded. Hundreds of tanks and military vehicles have been destroyed. It is costing Israel and the U.S. billions of dollars monthly to fight this losing war. Israel has lost the war. All of this is aid from Allah Ta'ala. Although the Palestinians have been grossly ungrateful and treacherous towards Allah Ta'ala, He is still sustaining their Resistance. Furthermore, the current conflagration has brought massive upheavals in Israel. Since its inception in 1948, Israel has never suffered death, injury and losses as it is presently experiencing. Over half million Israelis have fled Israel. The exodus from Israel is continuing. A hundred thousand Jews have led from the border areas due to the barrages of incoming rockets. They are living in refugee camps inside Israel. Israeli harbours are lying idle and factories are closed. Huge power shortages and curtailment of other amenities of life have become the way of life for the Yahud in Israel. And above all, there is severe dissension among the Israelis. Their infighting is also a prelude for their destruction. About these kuffaar, the Qur'aan Majeed states: "They (their coalition) cannot fight you (O Muslimeen!) except from within fortified fortresses or from behind walled barricades. You think that they are united whilst their hearts are asunder (harbouring mutual hatred). That is because they are a brainless people." The Israelis are cowards and hopeless as fighters. They murder from their fortifications in the sky. They use tanks to kill unarmed civilians. They are experts in the art of murdering women and children from the safety of their tanks and planes. If only the Muslims of today had to walk and live in the shadow of the Sahaabah, practicing only one tenth of their golden deeds and attitudes, then they (Muslims of today) would achieve the same successes and victories of the Sahaabah. Allah Ta'ala says in this regard: "Allah has promised the People of Imaan among you who practice virtuous deeds that He will assuredly grant power on earth to them just as He had granted power to those before them…" Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Whoever makes musaafahah (shakes hands) with a mushrik, should take wudhu or wash his hands." Once when Jibraeel (Alayhis salaam) visited Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), he (our Nabi) attempted to shake hands with him. Jibraeel (Alayhis salaam) refused. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "O Jibraeel! What prevents you from taking my hand?" Jibraeel (Alayhis salaam) said: "You had shaken the hand of a Yahudi, hence I am averse that my hand should touch the hand which had touched a kaafir." Then Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) made wudhu and shook hands with Jibraeel (Alayhis salaam). GENOCIDE in Palestine! No surprise! The Qur'aan Majeed states: "We have distributed among them their livelihood in this worldly life, and We have elevated the ranks of some of them above others so that some may take others as servants. And, the mercy of your Rabb is better than the (wealth, etc.) they amass." (Az-Zukhruff, Aayat 32) Although the western kuffaar who believe themselves to be enlightened and progressive clamour much about the concept of equality, in reality they are the worst offenders and oppressors of mankind. Their idea of equality is confined to immorality and obscenity. For them men and women are equals and both sexes must share the same toilet. For these miserable western kuffaar who oppress women in their 'enlightened' and deceptive ways, their concept of equality espouses female nudity and obscenity. Men and women must rub shoulders in the public domain while the woman by nature has to bear the inequality of nine months of travail upon travail in the process of child-bearing. While a moron member of a stupid institution such as parliament loots from the public treasury R 2 million plus numerous perks annually for excreting rubbish via his mouth for a few weeks a year, the labourer who toils and sweats ten hours daily, comes away with a pittance just to keep body and soul together. Then they promote and talk rubbish about 'equality'. Doctors are allowed to get away with absolute murder with their highway robbery of blood-sucking fees, and similarly lawyers. Yet, all of these scoundrels talk much hogwash about equality. In every domain of life there exists inequality. This is the natural law of Allah Ta'ala. Never would the world function and operate in an orderly systematic fashion if mankind had been created equal and classless. Allah Ta'ala is the Khaaliq (Creator), and He knows what is best for us. The attempt to abrogate the natural inequality of mankind such as the classless society concept of communism, has exploded in absolute failure. The stupid and deceptive idea of equality extends to only the immorality of adultery, homosexuality, lesbianism and perversions of a variety of kinds. In these avenues the kuffaar promoters of 'equality' are satanic experts. Not even is there equality in their courts of law. An indispensable factor of the modern concept of equality is corruption. Thus the Hadith mentions destruction as the consequence of the unnatural idea of equality. "SAUDI ARABIA REFUSED TO RELEASE MEMBERS OF HAMAS DETAINED IN ITS PRISONS IN EXCHANGE FOR THE RELEASE OF SAUDI PILOTS HELD IN SANAA." "You are still detaining Hamas members for one reason: because Hamas fights against the Israeli enemy, and you criminalize the stance against the Israeli enemy. Even when we offered to exchange them for some of the most important captives you have. Your captive pilots with us, you refused for the sake of the Israeli enemy. It's astonishing! Isn't the value and importance of your pilots high enough to release Hamas prisoners? You are sacrificing your pilots for the Israeli enemy!!!" (Abdul Malik al-Houthi) Comment The Houtis in Yemen are holding some Saudi pilots which they have offered to exchange for some of Hamas fighters held by the kufr Saudi regime. However, the kufr Saudi regime has abandoned its pilots and has refused the Houti offer for two reasons: (1) The regime is kufr. MBS is murtad. It is therefore logical for kuffaar to be in league with kuffaar against Muslims. The kuffaar gang of MBS are murtaddeen and the Israelis are Yahood. Thus, there is a strong affinity between these two kuffaar nations. (2) A more pressing reason for the Saudis bootlicking the Israelis is the mortal and abject fear which the MBS kuffaar have for the Israeli military and airforce. The Saudis are aware of their military impotence despite the regime's vast arsenal of the most modern weaponry American technology has provided. The Saudi armed forces have only the ability to brutalize civilians. They are wholly incapable of fighting a war. They shudder with fear for the Israeli airforce. Should they side with Hamas, the impending Israeli threat will cause Mr.MBS to urinate in his pants out of fear. This is the main reason why the kufr MBS regime has abandoned its pilots and refused to exchange them for the Hamas fighters. "Allah does not oppress even an iota." (An-Nisaa', Aayat 40) "It was not Allah Who was unjust to them. But they had oppressed themselves." What is his status according to the Shariah? A. The person is in the same category as all such Muslims who are affiliated with the ANC as well as with any other political party. He is in the same class of deviates and followers of Shaitaan such as Muslim court judges, magistrates, Muslim police officers and the like. He is the same as such Muslims who participate in the politics of Taaghoot (Shaitaan). They all are fussaaq with their Imaan dangling on a thread, and perhaps have already lost their Imaan. Q. The Taliban went to Iran to pay their respects and make dua for the Iranian leadership who was killed in a helicopter crash. Was this permissible? A. With regard to the upcoming elections in South Africa, the view of the Majlis has been widely circulated that you are vehemently opposed to voting in these elections. However, some confusion has arisen due to a recent Fatwa from Darul Uloom Zakariyya that actually encourages voting, to the extent that the honourable Mufti Saheb maddazillahu says that it would in fact be BENEFICIAL to vote, given the current circumstances in the country. Can you kindly advise whether this Fatwa is correct and if not, is it possible (by way of your circulars) to inform people in the public domain of the correct stance to adopt so that they are not misled. Please clarify urgently as the elections are taking place next week. A. There is nothing for us to advise regarding the corrupt fatwas which promote voting for the law of Taghoot. There is nothing for us regarding further clarification. We have clarified and emphasized that voting is a Taghooti system. Whoever desires to follow the fatwa which advocates the law of Taghoot, the choice is his. Seek clarification from the entities which disgorge corrupt fatwas in their bootlicking exercises. Q. Will the one who votes become a kaafir? A. While voting is haraam, there is no need to traverse beyond this ruling into the realm of Takfeer. While we say that voting is haraam, we do not resort to Takfeer of the moron scoundrels. Q. Here in Sri Lanka where I am, Sunni Imaams of Musjids performed Janaazah Salaat (Ghaaib) for the Shiahs who were killed in the helicopter crash. We are Shaafis. I protested and exclaimed that according to Imaam Shaafi (Rahmatullah alayh) Shiahs are not Muslims. I as well as some others walked out. What is the status of these Imaams? A. Alhamdulillah! You acted correctly by abstaining from the haraam invalid 'salaat' which the jaahil imaam had performed for the kaafir Shiah. These bootlicking Imaams are generally juhhaal (great ignoramuses), hence they are unable to distinguish between jam and faeces. It is an act of kufr to perform janaazah salaat for kuffaar.
