They whisper to one another adorned statements of deception (for misleading and deceiving) (Al-An’aam, 112) An unknown entity dubbing itself ‘house of the ummah’, in an ‘open letter’ to Ta’leemuddin Madrasah of Isipingo Beach, has exhibited its colossal jahaalat of the Shariah. In its pontification of jahaalat, which is an abortive attempt to change the Law of Allah Ta’ala pertaining to Salaat and the Musaajid, this miscreant entity in defence of the closure of the Musaajid, presents the following spurious and haraam arguments: Defiance? (1) “The whole defiance is premised on the notion that it is a ‘sin’ not to pray in mosques, and those allowing such a state of affairs will be questioned by Allah.” HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 4 In this averment, the miscreant entity is alleging that: (a) The Mufti Sahib and the trustees of the Isipingo Musjid are acting in criminal defiance of the authorities. (b) It is not a sin not to pray in the Musaajid. (c) The Ulama and trustees who allow Salaat in the Musaajid will be questioned by Allah Ta’ala. As for (a) above: The Mufti Sahib and the trustees of the Musjid are not acting in criminal defiance of the authorities as this munaafiq entity implies or alleges. It is the constitutional and religious right of Muslims to perform Ibaadat in the Musjid. This stance of the Mufti Sahib is based on the constitutional imperative of the freedom of religion as enshrined in the Bill of Rights. It is the government who is in violation of the constitution. In addition to having decreed large scale erosion of civil liberties of the whole populace, the government has totally eliminated our right of freedom of worship in our Musaajid. For having trampled on our right of worship in the Musaajid, the government has shown no rationality. Its decree in this regard is bereft of rationality and legal validity. This point will be elaborated further on, Insha- Allah. At this juncture it suffices to say that the HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 5 proclamation of the Shariah’s Law pertaining to Fardh Salaat with Jamaat and Jumuah Salaat in the Musaajid should not in any way be misinterpreted to mean ‘defiance’ of the government. (b) As for (b) above: The claim of the entity confirms its gross jahaalat. This entity has no right to open its mouth on matters of Shar’i import. It has exhibited its ignorance in this baseless averment. On the contrary, it is a grievous sin – a major sin – a Kabeerah sin – to abstain from Jamaat Salaat in the Musjid. It is not permissible for males to perform Salaat at home when there is a nearby Musjid or even a Jamaat Khaanah. A male who absents himself from Jamaat Salaat is a faasiq. A Musjid is not a recreational venue. It is not a hall for functions and merrymaking. It is the HOUSE of ALLAH where our Creator is worshipped with utmost reverence and dignity by worshippers who are pure – physically and spiritually. The Qur’aan explicitly states that the Musaajid are exclusively for the Ibaadat of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Musjids are not museums. The idea that it is not a sin not to pray in the Musjid is vehemently dismissed with contempt. It is akin to kufr to make such spurious claims in diametric conflict with the Shariah. Jamaat Salaat and Jumuah Salaat are Waajib in the Musaajid. It is not permissible to perform Fardh Salaat in the homes in the vicinity of a Musjid. HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 6 Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that he intended to burn down the houses of those males who absent themselves from the Musjid and perform Salaat at home. Were it not for the women and children, Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) would have burnt down such houses. In a genuine Islamic state, males who absent themselves from Jamaat Salaat in the Musjid without valid Shar’i reason will be arrested, and if necessary, whipped. (c) As for (c) above: What is the basis for this stupid spurious averment. In which Kitaab of the Shariah is this stupidity mentioned? Did the miscreant entity receive Wahi or Ilhaam from Allah Ta’ala for this ludicrous? There is absolutely no validity for this claim. On the contrary, Allah Ta’ala will question and punish those Ulama who had aided the satanic cause of banning Salaat in the Musaajid and closing the Musaajid. Such molvis and sheikhs are in reality agents of Iblees whose mission is the destruction of Islam. This miscreant entity which falsely avers to be a representative of the Ummah is also in the employ of Iblees to further his satanic mission. Closure of Musaajid (2) The miscreant entity alleges: “The mufti in one of his clips goes so far as to state that those calling for the temporary ‘closure’ of the mosques are munafiques (hypocrites) ……With one stroke of the HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 7 pen, the learned Mufti has virtually condemned, by implication, his fellow learned ulema of having excluded themselves from the fold.” There is no need for relying on implication when stating the Haqq. Undoubtedly, those molvis who had closed the Musaajid and banned Salaat in the Musaajid are Munaafiqs and Murtads. Such vile molvis come fully within the purview of the Qur’aanic Aayat: “Who is a greater zaalim (oppressor) than the one who prevents the Name of Allah from the Musaajid, and he strives in the ruin of the Musaajid?” (Al-Baqarah, 114) They are indeed munaafiqs. They have betrayed Allah Ta’ala, the Rasool, the Ummah and Islam. There is no conundrum in their nifaaq and kufr. If the brains of the modernist miscreants are unable to comprehend this Shar’i truth, it is indicative of their own kufr. Thus, the Mufti Sahib was fully within the ambit of his Shar’i rights and within the bounds of the Shariah for labelling such miscreants munaafiq. Takfeer (3) The miscreant entity says: “Takfirism, as I have pointed out on so many previous occasions, is a freely available and incessantly used tool of expedience by a small group of ulema in this country, and here is another example of its use in free-all.” HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 8 If this miscreant had any valid Islamic Knowledge he would not make a fool of himself by uttering such nonsense. What exactly is his confounded concept of ‘takfirism’? The mas’alah of Takfeer is an injunction of Islam just as are all other injunctions and tenets. It is not a ‘tool of expedience’ as the miscreant zindeeq seeks to convey. When the miscreant has failed to understand the fundamental and imperative importance of even such well- established and well-known injunctions as Jamaat Salaat and Jumuah Salaat, what can be said about his jahaalat pertaining to the injunction of Takfeer? When there is a Shar’i need to wield the Axe of Takfeer, then abstention therefrom will be a gross dereliction of duty and a haraam abstention from Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahyi Anil Munkar of which the miscreant zindeeqs are totally ignorant, and which they abhor. If it is a ‘tool’, then Salaat, Saum, Zakaat, Hajj and all other tenets of Islam are also Tools. These are divine Tools which have to be utilized at their appropriate occasions. An injunction which may be anathema to a zindeeq does not become a ‘tool of expedience’ when the Shariah demands its commission. It is an Ibaadat of excellence, the observation of which is incumbent. The Shariah has its Usool for dealing with expediencies and with zindeeqs and munaafiqeen. If this zindeeq miscreant entity is labelled Munaafiq in terms of the Usool of the Shariah, it will be a befitting ruling. The zindeeqs may label it a ‘tool of expedience’ to vent their anathema for Islam. But their stupid kufr lamenting is of no consequence in terms of the Shariah. HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 9 The ‘incessant availability’ of this Shar’i injunction is proportionate to the deluge of the obnoxious effluvium of kufr and irtidaad of the Zindeeqs and Murtaddeen who masquerade as Muslims. The flood of nifaaq and kufr constrains this alleged ‘incessant’ wielding of the Axe of Takfeer. Rot has to be amputated. There is no medication for curing stinking rot which is cancerous and constitutes a grave danger to the Imaan of ignorant Muslims, hence the imperative need for Takfeer. Allaamah Kashmiri’s Takfeerul Mulhideen should be studied by all molvis who labour in misgiving and confusion on this vital issue Regarding the so-called ‘small group of ulema” who wields the Axe of Takfeer, its very ‘smallness’ is the evidence for their Truth. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said about this ‘small’ group of Ulama-e-Haqq: “There will always be a (small) group (of Ulama) in my Ummah who will fight on the Haqq until the Command of Allah arrives (i.e. until Qiyaamah). Those who oppose them will not be able to harm them.” This ‘small’ group of Ulama-e-Haqq is the Vanguard of Islam. This Taa-ifah Min Ummati is the Divine Institution established by Allah Azza Wa Jal to guard and defend the Deen of Islam against the satanic depredations of the multitudes of zanaadiqah, munaafiqeen and murtaddeen which cluttered every era of Islam’s history. Allah Ta’ala states in the Qur’aan Majeed: “Verily, We have revealed the Thikr (the Qur’aan, the Deen), and verily We shall be its Protectors.” HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 10 For guarding His Deen, Allah Ta’ala has created the Ulama-e-Haqq, hence this Divine Institution will remain until the Day of Qiyaamah. All the Zanaadeeq and Munaafiqeen of the world will not be able to eliminate this Institution of the Ulama-e-Haqq regardless of all their bootlicking of the governments, rulers and other satanic forces. Confounded Falsehood of the Zindeeq (4) Disgorging a confounded falsehood, the miscreant entity says: “May I point out that there is virtual consensus of the sharia aspect, from the conservative to the liberal, on the question of closing the mosques in terms of the law. Most are closed in obedience to the laws of our country, not just because of the law, but because they agree with the purpose of the law.” This is a satanic long shot. The character shoots rubbish in the dark. What he knows of the Shariah is scandalously shocking. What is this shaitaani ‘consensus of the sharia’? Yes, it is the consensus of the sharia of the Devil – of Iblees. The contrary is the Truth of the Shariah, and that is: There is Ijma’ of the Ummah from the inception of Islam to this day, that it is haraam to close the Musaajid, and in cases of the Munaafiqeen and Zindeeqs closing the Musaajid it is kufr. The miscreant must spell out his proof for the preposterous shaitaani claim he has made in the dark believing all HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 11 Muslims are nincompoops. Who are the ‘conservatives’ who believe in the permissibility of closing the Musaajid for fear of a virus dispatched by Allah Ta’ala to punish the fussaaq and fujjaar, and the munaafiqs and zindeeqs who masquerade as Muslims, and those kuffaar who are instruments and devices of oppression, oppressing even those of their own kind. The shayaateen ul ins of Daarush Shaitaan, the NNB group of Juhala of Fordsburg and the Juhhaal of the MJC are not ‘conservatives’ in the meaning of the Qur’aan. This entire miserable lot of scholars for dollars are agents of Iblees. They are Munaafiqeen of the worst kind who have surfaced in recent years. While they parade as ulama, they are worse than the ulama-e-soo’ of Bani Israaeel of bygone times. These scoundrels fabricate bootlicking fatwas to curry favour with the authorities. They have committed treason against Allah Azza Wa Jal. There is not a single ‘conservative’ Muslim who will ever risk his Imaan by agreeing to the closure of the Musaajid. We reiterate that there is NOT a single Mu’min who will venture to embark on the dangerous shaitaaniyat of closing the Musaajid. Any rubbish who diverts from the Shariah’s Hukm is NEVER a conservative. A conservative in the light of the Qur’aan and Hadith is a staunch follower and upholder of the Sunnah – the Sunnah as imparted to the Ummah by the Sahaabah and the Salafus Saaliheen. The ‘sunnah’ of others which conflict with the Sunnah of the Salafus Saaliheen is Satanism. Referring to the satanism of HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 12 the ways of those after the era of the Salafus saaliheen, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Honour my Sahaabah, for verily they are your noblest; then those after them (the Taabieen); then those after them (the Tab-e-Taabieen). Thereafter will come only KITHB (lies and falsehood).” In another narration, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Then will come those who love obesity.” They are the obese scoundrels wallowing in haraam fat and cream while the masses languish in abject poverty and hunger. A jaahil who happens to be a ‘molvi’ or some miserable type of ‘grand mufti’ who support the kuffaar ban on the Musaajid is not a conservative in the meaning of the Qur’aan and Sunnah simply because he dons a kurtah and sports a long beard, and holds a metre long paper issued by a Darul Uloom. Such deviant ‘conservatives’ and liberals are all Zindeeqs and Munaafiqs. Regarding these villains who pose as Muslims yet demand closure of the Musaajid, Allah Ta’ala says in the Qur’aan Majeed: “Who is a greater zaalim (oppressor) than the one who prevents the Name of Allah from the Musaajid, and he strives in the ruin of the Musaajid?” (Al-Baqarah, 114) Never is such a miserable traitor a conservative in the meaning of the Qur’aan. In fact he is not even a faasiq Muslim. He is a scoundrel who is a Munaafiq. His mock performance of Salaat and hypocritical acquittal regarding HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 13 other Islamic rituals do not render him a Muslim. He remains a candidate for Darkul Asfal Minan Naar. Those genuine Muslims who have closed their Musaajid with utmost and heartbreaking reluctance, complied because of the fear of oppression of the government. Such closure was not by volition nor because they believe in the correctness of the government’s draconian order. They just had no option. The claim of the miscreant is glaringly baseless. ‘Obedience’ to the draconian law has been extracted from, not only true Muslims, but from the teeming millions of poverty-stricken, suffering non- Muslims of the townships by fear of arrest and persecution. The presence of the army and the police is the conspicuous evidence for this irrefutable fact. Police and army brutality which has been reported by the media, emphatically confirms that brute force, erosion of civil liberties, whipping and kicking by the security forces are necessary for enforcing the draconian measures. The police shooting and killing a man and shooting 11 year old children are proof for the large scale rejection of the draconian imposition of the imprisonment law, i.e. the lockdown. There are numerous others unreported cases of police high-handedness and cruelty which all prove the popular rejection of the lockdown. Let the army and the police disappear from the scene, then witness the joyful scenarios which the millions will display for being released from their most-hated imprisonment. HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 14 The teeming millions prefer the virus to the draconian laws. It is a scandalous falsity to allege that the law is being obeyed. Even many non-Muslim churches are highly dissatisfied with the ban on religious worship. The government having been constrained to obtain a High Court order to prevent certain churches from worshipping is further evidence for non-conformity. The disobedience of taxi owners has today constrained the government to relent and issue concessions to conform to the legitimate demands of the taxi personnel. Their agitation is more proof to debunk what the miscreant zindeeq entity claims. Thus, the miscreant entity should tell the story of obedience to the baboons in the mountains. All people are not stupid. They say that they prefer the virus to starvation and to seeing their little children crying of hunger – hunger caused by the draconian law introduced by the government without having validly consulted with the private sector prior to the declaration which has brought misery in its wake to the vast majority of the populace. There is no Muslim with valid Imaan who will “agree with the purpose of the law” when such purpose is accompanied by ruthless violation of religious freedom in the form of closure of the Musaajid and the prevention of Muslims attending the Musaajid for the Fardh Salaat and Jumuah Salaat. Only zindeeqs and munaafiqeen are able to laud and applaud such unjust measures. Never in the history of Islam was there a closure of Musjids by the people or by any Muslim authority regardless of the worst kinds of HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 15 plagues which had ravaged Muslim lands bringing in their wake millions of deaths. In the thick of the plague, Muslims who were able flocked to the Musaajid imploring the Mercy of Allah Ta’ala. But once the decree of Athaab has been activated, it will run its prescribed course until its mission of destruction and punishment has been accomplished. The Zindeeq’s false conflation (5) Uttering more rubbish, the zindeeq entity alleges: “It is being argued that we are asked to stop salah. This is a false conflation. No one has decree against the offering of prayers.” No one has claimed that “we are asked to stop salah”. The Zindeeq is the one who commits the conflation. We say that the Musaajid have been unjustly closed by force, and that the Fardh Jamaat Salaat and the Jumuah Salaat have been banned. No one has claimed that Salaat in the home has been banned. The Zindeeq is guilty of deliberate falsehood. The undeniable reality is the prohibition of the Fardh Jamaat Salaat, the Jumuah Salaat and the closure of the Musaajid – kufr measures supported by the zanaadaqah and munaafiqeen. These vermin had, like sewer rats, reported Muslims who performed Salaat in the Musaajid. The claim of the miscreant entity has absolutely no validity. It is false. Fardh Salaat is Venue-Dependent (6) The miscreant avers: HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 16 “Allah has not decreed the compulsion of the venues of salah….This obligation is not venue-dependent….” This is another rotten stupidity of the juhhaal and munaafiqeen. The contrary is the truth. Allah Azza Wa Jal has in fact commanded the compulsion of the venues for the daily Five Fardh Salaat, Jumuah Salaat and Eid Salaat. Juhhaal bereft in entirety of valid Islamic Knowledge are capable of proffering such blatantly stupid claims. The Five Fardh Salaat with Jamaat in the Musjid is Waajib. Jumuah Salaat in the Musjid is Fardh. Eid Salaat in the Musjid / Eidgah is Waajib. Those who discard this Waajib injunction pertaining to the Musjid venue are among the worst fussaaq who are in line for severe punishment. Regarding those who do not observe the Waajib injunction of performing Salaat in the Musjid, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “I take oath by the One in Whose control is my life! Most certainly, I had resolved to command the gathering of firewood. After it has been gathered, the Athaan shall be given. Then I shall command a person to lead the Salaat. He will then lead the Salaat while I shall proceed to those people who are not present for Salaat (in the Musjid). Then I shall burn down their houses.” (Bukhaari and Muslim) Commenting on this Hadith, Mullah Ali Qaari says: “The imperative importance of Jamaat Salaat in the Musaajid can be adequately gauged. Just ponder with what emphasis the warning of Divine Punishment has been sounded for HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 17 those people who absent themselves from the Musaajid for Jamaat Salaat without valid reason. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) himself had decided such severe punishment for those who abstain from the Musjid for the Fardh Salaat.” Another Hadith in Muslim states: “A blind man came to Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and said: ‘O Rasulullah! Verily, I do not have a guide to lead me to the Musjid.” He then sought permission for abstention. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) granted the concession. As he departed, Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) recalled him and asked: ‘Do you hear the Athaan for Salaat?’ He said: ‘Yes.’ Then Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ‘Then answer!”. The blind man was ordered to attend Jamaat Salaat despite not having a guide to lead him to the Musjid. From these narrations the compulsion of performing Fardh and Jumuah Salaat in the Musjid can be easily comprehended. There is no difference of opinion in Islam on the imperative importance and incumbency of Jamaat Salaat and Jumuah Salaat in the Musjid. Thus, the Fardh, Jumuah and Eid Salaat are Venue-Dependent. The Zindeeq’s claim is thus palpable bunkum to be dismissed with contempt. The Bunkum of Threatening Life (7) The Zindeeq entity avers: HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 18 “……if the congregating venue can threaten life then Allah, in all His Glory and Infinite mercy, surely allow for its exception in times of necessity.” Brains which are convoluted with kufr and nifaaq discharge incongruencies such as the above incongruency of the Zindeeq. He has claimed that attending the Musjid is not incumbent, while now in this statement he says that in times of necessity Allah will allow exceptions. The conflict in his thinking is quite obvious. When according to his brains, Jamaat Salaat is not Waajib in the Musjid, then what is the meaning of ‘exception in times of necessity’? Abstention from Jamaat Salaat in the Musjid on the basis of this zindeeq’s convoluted logic is perfectly permissible, hence there should be no need for ‘exception’ during ‘times of necessity’. He really does not know if he is coming or going, moving forward or reversing. In times of necessity, the Shariah does allow for exceptions. But the concept of ‘necessity’ of the two mutually repellent ideologies (western kufr and Islam) differs widely. What the atheists and their zindeeq lackeys and donkeys regard as ‘necessity’ is refuted by the Shariah. While there are several valid reasons to excuse persons from Salaat in the Musjid, the fear of contracting a disease is NOT a valid reason. A healthy male will be sinful to abstain from Jamaat Salaat in the Musjid for fear of contracting the bogey disease. This reality has been demonstrated by the Sahaabah and the entire Ummah since the very first plague erupted in the HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 19 Ummah. The healthy and the diseased attended the Musaajid together without the shaitaani ‘social distancing’ which the zanaadeeq of these times have lapped up from their atheist masters. Zindeeq trustees (8) Engaging in more nonsense, the zindeeq entity says: “Is there a single trustee of your institutions who will argue that the Corona virus is not contagious by social contact and is not life threatening virus?” Yes, there are numerous pious trustees of Musaajid all over the world who will precisely argue that diseases which feature in plagues, etc. are not contagious. What trustees will argue or will not argue, is of no concern. Of concern is what Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said and argued. Our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “LAA ADWAA (Disease is not contagious).” This categorical pronouncement by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) is more than adequate comfort for people of Imaan. The Zindeeqs masquerading as Muslims, who refute Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) can go to Hell!. Any trustee of any Musjid who supports this zindeeq entity in his refutation of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) can likewise accompany the zindeeq to Hell! There exists Ijma’ of the Ummah on the correctness and validity of Rasulullah’s pronouncement. No authority of Islam had ever dared to reject Rasulullah’s ‘ La Adwaa’ HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 20 pronouncement which explicitly negates the mushrikeen-kuffaar concept of contagion. Any Muslim who entertains the slightest doubt in this regard should make his way to Hell, which is the pathway in life for the Zanaadiqah and the Munaafiqeen. Total and blind yaqeen in every aspect of the Deen is imperative for the validity of Imaan. “It is not permissible for any Mu’min nor any Mu’minah when Allah and His Rasool have decided an issue that they have any choice in any of their affairs. (Therefore) whoever disobeys Allah and His Rasool, verily he has gone astray manifestly.” (Al-Ahzaab, Aayat 36) ‘Social contact’ does not transmit diseases. This is the Islamic concept stated with clarity by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). When Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ‘Laa adwaa’, a Bedouin said: “O Rasulullah! My camels in the desert are (healthy) like wild bucks. When a scurvy camel mingles with them, they all become scurvy.” The mushrikeen held the same belief as the atheists of today regarding diseases being contagious. In refutation of this corrupt belief, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) asked the Bedouin: “Who infected the first camel.” That Being who gave the disease to the very first camel, is the One Who gives the disease to the others. While Allah Ta’ala directly caused the disease HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 21 to infect the first one, He uses this one as the worldly vehicle to transmit the disease to all those whom He has earmarked. Without Allah’s command, the disease will not befall those who have not been destined to contract it. Thus, all the measures of shaitaan being adopted are in vain. The progress of the virus will not be thwarted. It will take in its grasp and stride everyone whom Allah Azza Wa Jal has targeted. Satanic instigation (9) The zindeeq entity spewing his chagrin and hatred for the Bearers of Islam attempts to instigate the trustees of the Isipingo Musjid to rebel against Mufti Ibrahim Salejee. Thus the miserable miscreant rants: “…the decision to open or close the mosques is yours, not the theologians of the institutions.” The chap speaks drivel. The ‘theologians’ have been invested with authority by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) who said: “Verily the Ulama are the Heirs of the Ambiya.” The Ulama in this context are Ulama in the meaning of the Qur’aan: “Verily, among the servants of Allah, only the Ulama fear Allah.” The decision to open or close the Musaajid is never that of the trustees. The only function of the trustees is to attend to the maintenance of the Musjid – to clean HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 22 the toilets and open blocked sewer drains. They have no right to interfere in matters pertaining to the Shariah. They have no right to close the Musjid nor do the Ulama have this right. The doors of the Musjid have to remain open to allow Muslims access to perform Salaat and Ibaadat in general. The Musjid is not the private property of the trustees. The Musallis have a greater right over the Musjid than even the trustees. If the trustees are fussaaq or if they administer the Musjid in contravention of the Shariah, then it devolves on the Musallis as a Waajib obligation to boot out the criminals, and to appoint pious trustees who will not utilize the Musjid as an organ for the attainment of self-aggrandizement. The scraps of paper termed ‘constitution’ with the numerous junk clauses acquired from the western kuffaar, does not entitle the trustees to act in any manner which violates any tenet of the Shariah. The wealth of the trustees does not confer on them authority to override any hukm of the Shariah proclaimed by the Ulama. Thus, Mufti Ibrahim Salejee is not in need of the scrap paper to state the Fatwa of the Shariah, and to warn the trustees of Jahannam should they act in contravention of the Qur’aan and Sunnah, i.e. the Shariah of Allah Azza Wa Jal. HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 23 The miserable zindeeq entity has hallucinated a queer understanding of the powers of the trustees. They are not the Shariah. The Bearers of the Shariah are the Ulama-e-Haqq. The kong fong jaahil ‘muftis’ of Darush Shaitaan, the NNB juhala and the zindeeq MJC are excluded from the ambit of the Ulama-e- Haqq. They are the agents of Iblees. The Zindeeq’s satanic threat (10) Disgorging more rubbish, the miscreant threatening the trustees, says: “…….when the criminal prosecutions are launched, you will be the ones hauled before the courts to answer for your decision to defy the law by allowing these public spaces under your control to remain open.” The threat to report the trustees is further confirmation for the nifaaq of the miscreant entity masquerading as a Muslim. He will simply rejoice should criminal proceedings be instituted against the trustees and the Mufti Sahib. Such rejoicing is the hallmark of the munaafiqeen who are delighted when any hardship befalls Muslims. Regarding these munaafiqeen who wish for criminal charges and who in fact spy and report to the authorities, the Qur’aan Majeed states: “O People of Imaan! Do not take as a confidante (anyone) besides yourselves. HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 24 They leave no stone unturned to harm you. They are delighted when harm befalls you. Verily, hatred (for you) has gushed from their mouths. But what their breasts conceal is more monstrous. Verily, We have clearly explained to you the Signs if indeed you have brains (to understand).” (Aal Imraan, Aayat 118) This Aayat very aptly applies to this zindeeq miscreant as well as to all the other munaafiqeen who spy on Muslims and report to the authorities when Muslims place their heads in Sujood infront of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The rubbish which this miscreant has excreted in his ‘open letter’ displays the ‘hatred from his mouth’ – hatred for the Ulama, hatred for those who perform Salaat and hatred for Islam. But what lies in the dregs of his heart “is more monstrous”. Nothing will give him greater joy than to see criminal proceedings being instituted against the Mufti Sahib. This is the demand of nifaaq. He will satanically gloat. If on the cowardly report to the authorities by the miscreant, criminal charges are opened against the trustees, they will have a valid defence. They have no entitlement to close the Musjid doors. They are not the owners of the Musjid. Their function is to attend to only the maintenance of the Musjid. The Shariah precludes them from closing the Musjid. Furthermore, HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 25 freedom of religion is the imperative right granted by even the constitution of the country. The only way of closing the Musjid doors is for the government to resort to oppression and brute force to close the doors and to prevent musallis from the Musjid. Just as the trustees have no right to close the doors of the neighbouring houses, so too do they lack the right to close the doors of the Musjid. A Musjid is an Islamic place of worship dedicated to Allah Ta’ala, hence it is incumbent for the trustees to administer the affairs of the Musjid in strict conformity with the Shariah, and for the correct execution of this obligation the trustees will always be in need of consulting with and taking instructions from the Mufti Sahib under whose jurisdiction is the Madrasah as well as the Musjid. Acting in contravention of the Shariah disqualifies the trustees. Insulting Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) (11) In a veiled insult implied for Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), the zindeeq satanically avers: “If you really believe that the virus is friendly, not harmful or Muslim-friendly, then you are totally out of touch with reality, possibly living mentally on another planet.” HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 26 This accusation is meant for our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Yes, that ‘planet’ is Allah’s Shariah which proclaims unambiguously that the virus will overtake only by Allah’s command and befall only those whom Allah Ta’ala has earmarked. This obnoxious crack is in reality implied criticism for Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) who was the first one on earth to declare: “Disease is not contagious,” It was he who explained that the virus acts by Allah’s command and will infect only those whom Allah Ta’ala wills. It was our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) who had warned the cowards who flee from the battlefield that they are committing kufr with their cowardly flight. The rotten copro-cowardice of the munaafiqeen does not allow them to openly criticize Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhim wasallam) for his teachings which are in violent conflict with the theories and ideas of the atheists whose boots these munaafiqeen lick. They adopt the age-old cowardly tactic of criticizing the Bearers of the Message of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) in exactly the same way as the mushrikeen implied criticism for Allah Ta’ala by directing it to Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Since the mushrikeen did believe in Allah Ta’ala being their Creator, they would vent their hatred and criticism HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 27 on Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Referring to this tactic of the mushrikeen and munaafiqeen, the Qur’aan Majeed states: “Verily, We know that what they (the mushrikeen) say grieves you. (In reality) they are not making you a liar, but (on the contrary) the zaalimeen are rejecting the Aayaat of Allah.” (Al-An’aam, Aayat 33) The Shariah of Allah! That is the planet where we dwell and where we seek refuge. Health ramifications (12) The ‘health ramifications’ effluvium excreted by the zindeeq entity is nothing but the rant of a man whose Imaan has been extinguished by kufr – kufr which has been transformed into nifaaq by cowardice which does not permit revelation, and constrains concealment. Every statement in his ‘health ramifications’ outburst is an attack against Allah Ta’ala and Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Every tenet of the Shariah pertaining to plagues and Allah’s concomitant instructions, is ridiculed and refuted by the munaafiq entity. It is clear that not a semblance of Imaan remains in this chap. HOUSE OF THE MUNAAFIQEEN 28 May the La’nat of Allah Azza Wa Jal destroy these munaafiqeen who lurk in the folds of the community awaiting opportune moments to dig the foundations of Islam. But they will fail miserably. Allah Azza Wa Jal will break their necks in this dunya, and in the Aakhirah, Jahannam will be their everlasting abode. CONCLUSION Commanding Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Muslimeen, Allah Ta’ala says: “(O Muhammad!) Say (to the mushrikeen): “O Ye Kaafiroon! I do not worship that which you worship, and you do not worship that (Allah) whom I worship. And I shall not worship that which you worship. And, you will not worship (Allah) Whom I worship. (Therefore), unto you is your religion, and for me is my Deen.” (Al-Kaafiroon) O Zindeeq! Run to your superiors to report Muslims who perform Salaat in the Musaajid of Allah. “The evil plotter will be hemmed in by his own villainy.” (Qur’aan)
