The enemies have made this issue a propaganda campaign against Imaarat-e-Islaamiyah (i.e. the Afghanistan Taliban government). Alhamdulillah, we appreciate the wise steps which Imaarat-e-Islaamiyah has hitherto instituted. However, in our opinion it is of utmost importance to make arrangements for the education of girls within the limits of the Shariah. Firstly, this is important because of female masaa-il (issues), and for education and prosperity, educated females are an imperative need for the country so that the fitnah of intermingling of men and women could be ended. Secondly, it is necessary to rebut the baseless impression that Islam or Imaarat-e-Islaamiyah is anti-female. For the education of girls, separate facilities should be arranged. I have heard that separate facilities for the education of girls and boys are not available (in Afghanistan). However, its solution is to teach boys and girls in the same building but at different times. Or, the teaching may be in the same building but in separate sections. Such plans could be instituted by mutual co- operation Insha-Allah. (End of Mufti Taqi’s advice to the Taliban) MUFTI TAQI’S HARAAM ADVICE TO THE TALIBAN 4 The advice of Mufti Taqi is pure bunkum. It displays his lack of understanding of the Deen as well as of the situation in Afghanistan. His advice regarding separate times of teaching in the same building or teaching during the same time in separate sections of the same building, is indeed puerile, insipid and stupid. With this ludicrous advice, Mufti Taqi has made himself ludicrous. His advice is devoid of Islamic substance. The advice of Mufti Taqi is the effect of his mental inferiority. His advice is for the Taliban to take heed of the stupid propaganda of the western kuffaar by reacting in ways which are in total conflict with the Shariah. When Islam prohibits females from even the Musjid for Salaat, by what stretch of Imaani logic can luring girls out of their homes for worldly education be justified? The Qur’aan Majeed commands females to remain glued within their homes. Females emerging from their homes to attend secular institutions are of the ways of the kuffaar. Woman is Aurah, and has to remain at home to fulfil the role for which Allah Ta’ala has created her. It is haraam for girls to follow and emulate the example of western females. The pursuit of secular education at all levels is the practice of the western kuffaar females. Now Mufti Taqi advises Muslim purdah nasheen girls to unshackle themselves from Qur’aanic Hijaab and to enter the public domain in the manner of their kuffaar counterparts in the western world. MUFTI TAQI’S HARAAM ADVICE TO THE TALIBAN 5 Donning abayas and burqahs are not the be-all of Hijaab. The very first and fundamental requisite of valid Qur’aanic Hijaab is for females to remain at home. Their duties and roles are at home, not in public educational institutions. It is indeed stupid to understand that the prosperity of the country is reliant on female secular education. Usually the stupid argument of the need of female doctors is presented to justify the destruction of the Haya and Imaan of Muslim girls by means of them attending secular institutions. Mufti Taqi is stupid, hence he proffers stupid, western, haraam advice to the Taliban. Muslims females existed at all times, and they had medical needs at all times. They gave birth to millions of Muslims. Never was there a need for the type of western kuffaar education to cater for these needs of Muslim women. Mufti Taqi acquits himself as if there were no qualified Muslim females in Islam’s 15 century history to attend to females giving birth, etc. How did Muslim females attend to their birthing issues without western education throughout the history of Islam? The Ummah is not in need of female engineers, female bankers, female architects, female lawyers, female plumbers, female carpenters, female pilots and the like which are reserved for males in Islam. Allah Ta’ala has created females for ONLY the home role (Ibaadat, etc.), and for nothing else. Despite Muslim women NEVER ever having left their homes for any kind of drain-pipe laying education, millions and millions of Muslim women always MUFTI TAQI’S HARAAM ADVICE TO THE TALIBAN 6 gave birth to children without the satanic complications which the kuffaar western world has created by its satanic medical establishment. The advice of Taqi is in diametric conflict with the command issued by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) who said to his daughter, Faatimah (Radhiyallahu anha) that while it is the obligation of Hadhrat Ali (Radhiyallahu anhu), her husband, to attend to the expenses for the home, her duty was to attend to the home chores. This has been the practice of the Ummah since the very inception of Islam, and it was the practice of all kuffaar nations since time immemorial. From the advent of the kuffaar ‘industrial revolution’, satanic unnaturalism became the culture of the West. It is this culture which the liberal Taqi is promoting. His dalliance with the capitalist riba bankers has made him an outstanding scholar for dollars. His love for the dunya has constrained him to abandon the Sunnah and to promote western culture under ‘deeni’ guise, hence the rubbish advice to the Taliban – the advice for Muslim girls to abandon Hijaab, emerge from their homes and to plunge into the secular sphere in the way their western kuffaar counterparts do. Separate buildings and the same buildings providing mock segregation are inspirations of Iblees. Such an intizaam (arrangement/scheme) is a massive deception of Shaitaan in whose tentacles Taqi is firmly gripped. It is an absolute absurdity and in total conflict with Islam to expel/lure Muslim girls from their homes to emulate western kuffaar MUFTI TAQI’S HARAAM ADVICE TO THE TALIBAN 7 females attending brothel universities. Taqi is the victim of drastic derangement of the brains to believe that the prosperity of Afghanistan or of any Muslim land is reliant on females who hold secular-donkey qualifications. His espousal of secular education for females is by implication the negation of the role divinely ordained for Muslim womenfolk. Allah Ta’ala has made woman subservient to man. The Qur’aan and the Sunnah unequivocally declare the natural home role commanded by Allah Ta’ala for women. Dragging them into the public domain is unnatural satanism. It is of the ways of the western kuffaar whose culture is obscene and immoral in the extreme. The criticism of the kuffaar for the lifestyle of Muslims is a stupidity to ignore. The kuffaar criticize almost every aspect of Islam. Our Tauheed, Risaalat, our Qur’aan, in fact our entire Deen is the target of Shaitaan and his kuffaar followers. They cannot be silenced nor appeased by means of bootlicking. Taqi’s brains are truly deranged, hence he seeks to placate and assuage the kuffaar by following the very shaitaani ways of these immoral western enemies of Islam. It is not of Islam to propel our females into the public domain to vie with males, in fact to masculinize themselves. There is no need to even respond to the baseless claims of western critics. They say that Islam suppresses women. Such silly claims and propaganda never harm Muslims. The fisq, fujoor and kufr of Muslims harm and destroy this Ummah. However, since the culture of Islam is the opposite of the immoral western cult, Taqi and all those of his ilk make fools of themselves with their insipid and stupid attempts to show the kuffaar that Muslims too are ‘progressive’ and support the satanic plot of female ‘emancipation’. Secular institutions for Muslim girls are Haraam. The Home is the Muslim girl’s Institution of Learning. All arguments proffered in favour of secular education for Muslim girls are spurious, baseless and satanic. Taqi, following in the footsteps of the West whose boots he licks with relish, says that education for girls is of utmost importance. ‘Education’ in his context refers to western secular education. In so far as Muslim females are concerned, the ‘importance’ is a hallucination of the western cultural drug to which Taqi has become addicted. Far from western secular education being of any importance whatsoever for Muslim females, it is the very antithesis of the role Allah Ta’ala has ordained for them. As justification for his bunkum idea, he presents a stupid spurious reason, namely, khawaateen ke masaa-il (issues pertaining to female). The reference is to birthing and female sicknesses which require midwifery expertise and medical treatment. His advice presupposes that the Ummah never had khawaateen ke masaa-il. Muslim women throughout Islam’s long history never gave birth and never became ill. Since they do now, there is a need to emulate the western kuffaar women who acquire such MUFTI TAQI’S HARAAM ADVICE TO THE TALIBAN 9 education at brothel universities. How did Muslims attend to birthing and sickness issues of their womenfolk throughout the history of Islam? Were there any secular institutions for girls? Did Muslim women acquire the art of midwifery from kuffaar secular institutions? Did our womenfolk in our entire history not know how to execute the tasks of midwifery? What are the khawaateen ke masaa-il which never existed and which now have come into existence to necessitate institutions for the secular education of Muslim females? Taqi stupidly, making a fool of himself, says that ta’leem yaaftah khawaateen (educated females) are of utmost importance for the country. In which way? He has not explained, and he cannot explain. The progress and prosperity of a Muslim country are not reliant on secular educated females. On the contrary, such women are among the causes for the failure of Muslims. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Never ever shall prosper a nation who entrusts its affairs to a woman.” The idea of secular educated women being an imperative requisite for the prosperity of a nation is a satanic notion of the western kuffaar licked up by Taqi. Immorality is associated with the emergence of women. Their emergence in the manner advocated by Taqi is the very opposite of the Qur’aanic command to remain indoors. The Qur’aan Majeed states: MUFTI TAQI’S HARAAM ADVICE TO THE TALIBAN 10 “(O Women!) Remain glued within your homes and do not make a display of yourselves as the exhibition of Jaahiliyyah.” Their mere emergence in the manner promoted by Taqi for the unnecessary acquisition of unnecessary secular education is among the ways of Jaahiliyyah. In our context it is the jaahiliyyah of the western immoral culture. According to Taqi the fitnah of intermingling of men and women could be ended by establishing institutions for secular education of girls. By what stupid stretch of imagination has he arrived at this stupid conclusion is indeed most intriguing. Female emergence from their homes aggravated by secular education is in fact a recipe of fitnah. Emergence from the home to pursue the dunya is the first step towards intermingling of sexes which inevitably culminates in immorality, obscenity and zina. We reproduce a valuable article on this issue authored by an unknown Sister who herself was in the very vortex of a brothel university. The Sister has stated the Truth and reality very cogently. MUFTI TAQI’S HARAAM ADVICE TO THE TALIBAN 11 HIGHER EDUCATION IS NOT FOR ISLAMIC WOMEN The author said a misconception needed to be cleared up, that a certificate from a tertiary institution was not a one- way ticket to success WITH the onset of the university year imminent, there is a vibrant debate regarding Muslim females attending university to pursue tertiary studies. Those who support the idea of women studying at university argue that Muslims need to be progressive in their thinking. Confining women to their homes is narrow-minded, they say. This argument implies that all those women who choose to be homemakers are backward. But this is not at all true. Homemaking was the way of the Sahabiyaat and pious women throughout the history of Islam. Women who followed this path produced the Junaid Baghdadis and Hasan Basris of this Ummah. Homemakers are the foundation of the Muslim Ummah. If this foundation crumbles the Ummah will be left in free fall. We need to be unapologetic about this: homemaking is the most progressive career that a female can follow. The proponents of females attending university also argue that the Muslim Ummah needs Muslim female doctors to cater for the needs of female Muslims. But the truth is that only a small percentage of Muslim females on campus study medicine. What about the large number of females who study accounting, arts, sciences, languages, law. etc? What is the pressing need for them to attend university? It begs the question: did these females study medicine to serve the female community or to pursue a professional career? Then there are those who argue that Muslim females need a qualification because families cannot survive solely on a husband’s income in today’s challenging financial times. They forget that there are many families who are surviving on a single income because they choose a modest standard of living. Also, why do women who choose to assist their husbands financially not pursue a home industry such as cooking, baking, sewing, etc? Is it perhaps because such a set-up lacks the glitter and glamour of a career environment? Some Women also argue that a degree will be beneficial if their marriage fails and they are left single. However, it seems quite odd for women to want to study for a degree in preparation for the unfortunate scenario of a failed marriage. Should they not rather be spending their pre-marital time acquiring Islamic knowledge and skills associated with homemaking so that their marriages succeed‘? A misconception also needs to be cleared up here: a certificate from a tertiary institution is not a one-way ticket to success. Many homes where women follow professional careers have problems of their own. A home where a wife earns more than her husband often proves to be problematic because the man who is the head of the household does not make decisions as he Islamically should. Men Also, women who rub shoulders with men in their workplaces generate tension in their homes. In addition, a home where the mother is absent from 9am to 5pm is clearly harmful to her family, especially her children. The beauty of Islam is that it has not burdened a woman to provide for her family. Earning is the husband’s responsibility. She is not forced into an abyss where she has to both earn and take care of her home. Forcing women into such a role is unjust, cruel and materialistic. Statistics have shown that in the days of the Industrial Revolution when women left their homes to pursue a career outdoors, they suffered an increase in psychological problems such as anxiety. Coming back to the university question, there are many other facts that we cannot overlook if we want to deal with this issue objectively. One is that the environment at universities is extremely immoral. Campuses are breeding grounds of sin where free mixing between the genders, immoral relationships, improper behaviour, foul language and immodest dressing cannot be avoided. It is naive to assume that a Muslim female who is daily exposed to such an immoral campus environment will not be enticed towards sin. It is like placing butter next to a fire and hoping that it will not melt. The truth is that university life comprises of young people who are at the prime of their passions and desires roaming about in a free environment. This is the perfect recipe for moral mayhem. Reality proves this point. The majority of Muslim females who attend university do not dress Islamically. Many such females find their marriage partners on campus. Many parents do not know that their daughters go out on social outings with their male friends instead of attending lectures. Muslim females are also known to have entered into haraam relationships with non-Muslim males on campus. There have also been cases where male lecturers have dated and later married their female students. When the conditions in Muslim schools have become so immoral, what can we expect of a campus scenario where there is no supervision? It is no secret that a campus environment is free and unrestricted. Lectures do not have pardah facilities. Tutorials and group projects require interaction and discussion. Muslim females who have some degree of modesty feel it difficult to lower their gazes during such interactions for fear of being unfriendly. Engage Males and females engage in casual conversations between lectures, when sharing notes and travelling to and from campus. Even the most conservative of females are forced into interacting with males in such circumstances. Anyone who has studied at campus can identify with this setup. It is unIslamic for many reasons. We cannot also be blind to the fact that campuses have drugs, alcohol and a nightclub culture together with all the evils these bring with them. Campuses are also havens where dubious sects and groups thrive under the guise of free thinking. Hence, modernists and Shias find free reign here. Lecturers and students who may range from atheists to Darwinists often corrupt the minds of those who are not well-grounded in the basics of Islam. The spiritual dangers MUFTI TAQI’S HARAAM ADVICE TO THE TALIBAN 15 of campus life are real and unavoidable. No matter how many precautions a Muslim female student takes, she will have to compromise her Islamic values at some time or the other. To hope that she remains Islamically safe in such a sinful environment is like jumping into a pool of water and hoping not to get wet. We cannot also forget that the idea of Muslim females attending university suits the k*****r agenda perfectly. In their worldview, they need Muslim females to emerge from their homes as students and professionals so that the Muslim home crumbles. The k*****r know well that corrupting the minds of the females of the Ummah is an easier way of winning the war against Islam as compared to sending drones and armies. To allow females to attend university is part of succumbing to the narrative of a culture that is steeped in immorality. Despite Western culture’s advancements in technology, it has brought unprecedented levels of social problems. This culture, which has accentuated the levels of prostitution, photography, abortion, divorces, wife battering, child abuse, etc., is the same culture that is enticing women to study at universities and pursue professional careers. Those Muslims who promote the teachings of this depraved culture are in a crisis of confidence. They need to be reminded of the beautiful Islamic system, where women are the queens of their homes instead of slaves of the marketplace. Muslim parents who allow their daughters to attend university should seriously introspect. Is it worth sacrificing one’s modesty (and even one’s Imaan in some cases) in exchange for a university degree? Islam can MUFTI TAQI’S HARAAM ADVICE TO THE TALIBAN 16 never permit its women to pursue education in such an environment where maintaining their Islamic values is near impossible. It is important to note that Islam does not discourage females from being educated. Islam encourages females to acquire an education in the basics of Islam. In fact, this is imperative because a mother who is not well-grounded in Islam cannot correctly guide and nurture her children. Hence, Muslim women should acquire knowledge of Qur’an, sunnah, aqidah, fiqh, etc, through the correct channels. Regarding secular and worldly subjects, women may pursue studies if there is a genuine need to do so and it is in a setting that is free of sin. (Unfortunately, university campuses do not make the grade.) Women should remember that their primary responsibility is homemaking and bringing up children. Their core focus and training should be in this field. This is the Islamic teaching. Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam instructed his daughter Faatimah Radhi Allahu Anha to take care of the household while her husband Ali Radhi Allahu Anhu was told to earn a living outdoors. This is the natural divine system ordained by Allah and His Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. It is the only system that can produce a harmonious and successful society.
