In one of his copro-„fatwas‟ he stated: “You should take heed in the model of secular schools. Participation in the political system of Taghoot is haraam regardless of the perceived benefits. We have explained this evil participation in detail in our booklet, Voting! Becoming a Murtad. But today, these deviates having tampered with the Shariah‟s Law of Zakaat, are advocating and promoting the haraam copro opinion of a copro deviate, of using Zakaat funds to support political candidates to become members of parliament in the Dispensation of Taghoot, and to support journalism. But this is furthest from both the law and spirit on which the Institution of Zakaat is structured. Even if we momentarily assume that becoming a Taghooti political candidate and a journalist are permissible then too Zakaat cannot be used for such expenditures. The Zakaat will simply not be discharged. The primary avenue of expenditure of Zakaat according to the Qur‟aan is the Fuqara and Masaakeen. It is to attend to the immediate needs of the poverty-stricken. The objective of Zakaat is not investment. It is not to be used as capital for investing to create more funds. If this rubbish opinion had any affinity whatsoever with the objective of Zakaat, there would most assuredly have been some indication in the Qur‟aan, the Sunnah and in the rulings of the ZAKAAT FOR THE DISPENSATION OF TAGHOOT 18 Aimmah Mujtahideen and Fuqaha. Feeding 100 people for a week is in fact the objective of Zakaat. Allah Ta‟ala has ordered such feeding while shaitaan has inspired the deviates with the idea of using Zakaat for the political system of Taghoot. ZAKAAT FOR THE DISPENSATION OF TAGHOOT 19 The objective of Zakaat is not trade. If there was any validity or any merit in investing Zakaat funds, there would most certainly have been such a directive in the Sources of the Shariah. Islam is the perfect and completed System of life bestowed to the Ummah by Allah Ta‟ala. Zakaat is for the immediate needs of the Fuqara and Masaakeen. Zakaat invested in any trade is not discharged. It is therefore essential for Muslims to ensure that they do not entrust their Zakaat to deviate entities who misuse and misappropriate the Zakaat funds. These deviates are scheming to construct a new Shariah by gross misinterpretation of the Qur‟aanic Aayaat and Ahaadith. There is no scope for any interpretation which seeks to dismantle the 15 century Ahkaam of the Shariah. Using Zakaat to lobby for Taghoot is the most despicable kind of deviation and Satanism. For direction and directive, Muslims look to the Sahaabah, the Qur‟aan and the Sunnah. But these hindu IFG characters look at the Yahood and Nasaara for guidance in matters pertaining to the Shariah. Nevertheless, such perfunctory „benefit‟ is bereft of real goodness. It is haraam, and leads to Jahannam. Zakaat is IBAADAT. Ibaadat may not be used and misused for monetary and worldly gains. The objective of Ibaadat is only thawaab and Ridha Ilaahi (the Pleasure of Allah Ta‟ala). Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Rizq is sealed (predetermined) and the one of greed is deprived.” Regardless of effort or no effort, business acumen or not – regardless of any circumstances, the quantity of Rizq predetermined for man will reach him. (Yoonus, Aayat 31) “And in the sky is your Rizq and whatever you have been promised.” (Ath-Thaariyaat, Aayat 22) Innumerable Aayaat in the Qur‟aan Majeed and innumerable Ahaadith explicitly confirm that Rizq is in the power and control of Allah Ta‟ala, and that Rizq ZAKAAT FOR THE DISPENSATION OF TAGHOOT 25 is predetermined and sealed. Zakaat is an Ibaadat, like Salaat. It is one of the Fundamental Pillars of the Deen. Just as Salaat may not be utilized for monetary gain, so too is it with Zakaat. Salaat has to be discharged in the manner the Shariah has commanded. The very same command pertains to Zakaat. It has to be discharged in the manner ordained by the Shariah.
