MARRIAGE OFFICERS? HARAAM – NOT PERMISSIBLE!
Question
If the government does make it a crime for Imaams who are not registered marriage officers to perform Nikahs in the Musjids, what should be the response of the Muslim community?
ANSWER
The Response is not a conundrum. The Imaams should continue with the execution of their Deeni obligations. They should continue performing Nikahs and cross the bridge of oppression at that time.
It is also imperative to understand that it will then be HARAAM for any Muslim to register as a marriage officer to implement the law of Taaghut. Such a murtadd will be excommunicated. He will no longer be a Muslim. He will be an agent of Taaghut.
