“OPEN DAY & MARKET DAY” ARE SHAITAAN’S DAY

Question

A new Islamic institution called Sandton Hifz Academy has advertised its day of inauguration in a manner which I believe is not befitting a Hifz academy. See the colourful poster advertising the Academy’s “fun” day. Nothing in the poster indicates that the institution is Islamic and that its objective is to promote the Qur’aan as the ‘Hifz’ designation implies.

What is very disturbing is that the ‘Open day-Market Day’ of this Academy is the scheme of senior Ulama. Also the sponsor participants who will be having stalls at the ‘market day’ of the Academy are all modernists whose relationship with the Sunnah is nil.

Is this manner of opening an institution of the Deen permissible?

ANSWER

At the outset it must be said that your understanding of the meaning of ‘Ulama’ is erroneous. Ulama – true Ulama – genuine Ulama are those who come within the purview of the Qur’aanic Aayat:

“Verily, from the servants of Allah, only the Ulama fear Allah.”
(Faatir, Aayat 28)

Fear for Allah (Taqwa) turns the heart away from the jeefah (carrion) of the dunya and focuses it on Allah Ta’ala and the Aakhirah. Every person who has become a molvi is not an Aalim. In fact, in the current era of fitnah and fasaad, most molvis are scoundrels who barter away their Ilm and their Imaan for the carrion of the dunya. Thus, understand well that the organizers of Shaitaan’s Day whom you have described as Ulama are in reality scoundrel molvis who are Signs of Qiyaamah.

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that among the signs of Qiyaamah will be those (miserable molvies/sheikhs) “who search for the dunya with the amal of the Aakhirah.” This is conspicuously displayed in the name which these miscreant molvis have chosen for their institution. To describe their institution as a ‘Hifz’ academy is a massive LIE. Furthermore, why dub a Hifz maktab/madrasah ‘academy’? What is the meaning and reason for this new, modern, stupid western sounding ‘academy’ nomenclature? An institution which teaches Hifz for the sake of Allah Ta’ala is a simple institution called maktab or madrasah. Why do these miscreant molvis (who are never Ulama) shy away from the proper holy designations for adopting western kuffaar names and titles?

If the term ‘ulama’ is used for miscreant molvis, it is then necessary to add the appropriate descriptive title, viz., Ulama-e-Soo’ (Evil Ulama) so that the general Muslim public is made aware of the Robbers of Imaan whose motives are sinister, hence the need to beware of them.

Every item advertised in the poster is haraam, shaitaani and nafsaani. Every act planned for Shaitaan’s Day is in stark and vulgar conflict with the Shariah. Shaitaan’s Day with its ‘market day’ has absolutely no relationship with the Deen. Let us securitize the Satanism which is advertised and towards which Muslims are invited.

(1) “A Day of Community Discovery and FUN.”

What does the Muslim community have to discover on Shaitaan’s Day and the fun-filled acts of Iblees at the vilest of places, namely, the planned ‘market’? Everything planned for Shaitaan’s Day is a shaitaani and nafsaani paradigm ingeniously devised by the miscreant molvis to pander to the nafs of ignoramuses on whose pockets is the focus of this ‘academy’.

Markets in general are the vilest places on earth according to Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The first being who enters a market in the morning is Iblees. There is absolutely no relationship which the Qur’aan Majeed and its Hifz have with the fun – satanic fun – nafsaani fun – to which the juhala (ignoramus) are invited.

While marketplaces in general are the worst places, the ‘market’ advertised by the shaitaani academy is viler and worse than normal market places which have been established for the needs of people, not for fun. But this ‘market’ which will be conducted for a couple of hours on Shaitaan’s Day is for nafsaani gratification – for fun and merrymaking. When even genuine and permissible markets established for the valid needs of people are described by Allah Ta’ala as the “worst places on earth”, what appellation should now be accorded to the nafsaani ‘market’ which the miscreant molvis are planning for Shaitaan’s Day’?

FUN!!! What is ‘fun’? What status does ‘fun’ have in Islam? The Qur’aan Majeed states in a number of Verses: “The life of this world is but play and amusement (fun! fun! fun!) whilst the Abode of the Aakhirah is best for those who fear (Allah – those who have Taqwa).”

Fun is from the bestial nafs and shaitaan. It is with fun that the mind is diverted in entirety from the Objective of life on earth. It is with fun that the nafs is gratified. It is with fun that Iblees is pleased. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Laughter kills the heart.” The Qur’aan Majeed commands: “They should laugh less and cry much.” Laughter is the effect of fun. No fun is without the poison which damages and kills the spiritual heart.

While Allah Ta’ala prohibits fun, the nafs and shaitaan promote fun. Fun diverts the mind from Allah Ta’ala and focuses it on Iblees and the nafs. Warning us of the danger of fun, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“If you know what I know (of Maut, the Qabr and Aakhirat), you will laugh little and cry much. You will not derive any pleasure from your wives on your beds, and you would flee into the wilderness…”

The short life Allah Ta’ala granted us on this dunya may not be squandered in fun, play and amusement – in nafsaaniyat engineered by shaitaan such as this dastardly ‘open day-market day’ shaitaaniyat. The thrust of the Qur’aan Majeed and the austere life style of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), of the Sahaabah and the Auliya is the very antithesis of fun. Fun is from the nafs and the haraam ways of nafsaani expression are the ta’leem of Iblees.

Allah Ta’ala abhors fun for His servants. Thus He said: “I am by those whose hearts are broken.” Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Verily Allah is with every grieving heart.” On the contrary, shaitaan is by those whose hearts are rotten with the effects of fun. A whole volume could be prepared on the evils and hurmat of fun. What relationship is there between Hifz and fun? Hifz is for the sake of Allah Ta’ala while fun is for Iblees. Indeed, Iblees has urinated on the brains of the miscreant molvis who are scheming the shaitaaniyat of fun and the ‘open day-market day’ at the behest of Shaitaan.

(2) “Our learners showcase their creativity and entrepreneurship.”

What does this conundrum mean? From the name, ‘hifz academy’, it is assumed that their ‘learners’ are pursuing the Hifzul Qur’aan course. What ‘creativity and entrepreneurship are Hifz students supposed to ‘showcase’? This is precisely the meaning of the Hadith pertaining to the Signs of Qiyaamah. The amal of the Deen – Hifz in this case – is being acquired and utilized to ‘showcase’ for the dunya. The abuse of the Amaanat of the Qur’aan Majeed is indeed dastardly in the extreme. The Qur’aan is being taught for ‘showcasing’ – for riya and takabbur – for hubbe dunya and hubbe maal – to showcase for gaining monetary contributions.

‘Showcase’ is the latest shataani term for Riyaa (show/ostentation). Are pupils of Hifz being prepared to ‘showcase’ what they have learnt of the Qur’aan Majeed? Is the Ilm of the Qur’aan meant for showcasing? These molvis have become oblivious of the dire punishment for those who showcase the Ilm they had acquired.

We draw their attention to the Hadith in which it is mentioned that on the Day of Qiyaamah an Aalim will be ushered into the Presence of Allah Ta’ala. When questioned regarding his acquittal in the dunya, he will confidently enumerate his Ilmi exploits in the path of Allah. Allah Ta’ala, rejecting his claim will say that you had ‘showcased’ your Ilm to gain the applause of people – to gain the dunya. Thus he will be dragged on the ground and flung into Jahannam. This is the abode of the showcases who showcase the Ilm which Allah Ta’ala has designed for the acquisition of His Pleasure.

(3) “Games, jumping castle and fun activities for the whole family.”

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Every sport of the Mu’min is haraam.” The Qur’aan Majeed states: “The life of this world is but play and amusement (fun activties) while the Abode of the Aakhirat is best for those who have fear.” Nabi (Sallallahu alayh wasallam) further said: “You have been created for the Aakhirat – the dunya is jeefah (carrion).” Emphasizing the imperative need to divert the mind and heart from the dunya, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said to Hadhrat Aishah (Radhiyallahu anha):

“If you wish to link up with me (in Qiyaamah), then be contented with worldly provisions which suffice for a horserider (on a journey), and beware of the company of the wealthy, and do not regard a garment to be old as long as it can be patched (and worn).”

Is there even a vestige of spiritual relationship between this attitude promoted by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the evil, satanic attitude which these molvies of the false hifz academy are propagating and actively promoting? What has happened to their Imaan? What has happened to their Aql? Shaitaan has completely made maskh (disfigured) their thinking ability.

“Jumping castle” and “fun activities” are the ways of the kuffaar. These are shaitaani activities designed specifically to divert attention from Allah Ta’ala and to make people oblivious in entirety of the imminence of Maut and the Hisaab (Reckoning) awaiting them. While the Shariah has proclaimed these fun activities designed by the kuffaar haraam, this miserable academy consisting of miscreant molvis deem it appropriate to organize and encourage the haraam sport and fun activities on the Qur’aan Majeed. Surely, even ignoramuses are able to understand the violent conflict between Hifzul Qur’aan and fun activities!!!

We have been told by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) that Malakul Maut calls on us five times daily to remind us of Maut, and so too does the Qabr call us five times a day to remind us of our ultimate earthly abode which Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said “will be either a garden of Jannat or a pit of Jahannam”. Therefore understand that the fun games, the jumping castle and the showcase stunts are all activities which will transform the grave into a “pit of Jahannam”. The misguided molvis are preparing a precipice with their ‘jumping castle’ shaitaani stunt from which the participants will be jumping into a pit of Jahannam.

Muraaqabah Maut and Qabr (Meditating on Death and the Grave) is an incumbent obligation for the cultivation of Taqwa which is imperative for remaining steadfast on Siraatul Mustaqeem. The kuffaar games and sport stunts being organized by the miscreants are in complete negation of this necessary Muraaqabah. What connection is there between Hifzul Qur’aan and kuffaar fun activities, jumping castle of monkeys and the like?

Instead of calling towards Allah Ta’ala, the miserable organizers of this haraam “open day – market day” stunt, are inviting the “whole family” – mothers, wives and daughters, fathers, husbands and sons, to all indulge and ruin their Imaan and Akhlaaq in prancing and baboonery with kuffaar sporting and fun activities.

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had explicitly clarified that the only ‘sport’ permissible for a person, is his play with his wife, and that of course, will be in the seclusion of the home. But these misguided molvis are organizing kuffaar fun activities into which the whole family has to plunge headlong. The disgrace of this shaitaanyat is mind boggling. It is not even plain nafsaanyat. It is nafsaanyat compounded with shaitaaniyat. While the nafs dictates commission of haraam, the nafs of the Mu’min does not scheme up such shaitaaniyat as these miscreant molvis are organizing. These kuffaar style fun activity and sporting activity stunts are alien to even the nafs of the Mu’min. The untrained and untamed nafs of the Mu’min makes demands for indulgence in sinful acts for which there is scope of permissibility when practised within the confines of the Shariah. But the evil of the kuffaar sport and fun activities are pure satanistic and can never ever become permissible.

While indulgence in many sinful deeds creates regret and remorse leading to Taubah, indulgence in the villainy of kuffaar sport and fun activities eliminates the remembrance of Allah Ta’ala. Indulgence in these shaitaani sporting stunts is believed to be permissible. This is the teaching of the miscreant molvis. Therefore there is no remorse – no regret and no Taubah. Indulgence in kuffaar sport and fun activities and shaitaani stunts is like indulging in bid’ah.

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Allah deprives every bid’ati from Taubah.” That is because the Bid’ati believes that his haraam acts of Bid’ah are permissible and even rewardable. Thus, he is deprived of Taubah. Similar is the case of these vile molvis and their followers who believe that their haraam fun activities are halaal despite the loud and clear prohibition announced by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Prohibition ensconced in the ethos of the Qur’aan Majeed and the Sunnah. They are deprived of Taubah.

(4) “Delicious Foods & Treats” – Enjoy a variety of delicious food and sweat treats.”

Gluttony is the attribute of the kuffaar. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that while the Mu’min eats with “one intestine”, the kaafir devours with “seven intestines”. Islam lays great emphasis on frugality and austerity not on waste and gluttony. But these miserable molvis are promoting gluttony as if it is a virtue of Islam.

Hadhrat Sahl Bin Abdullah (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “When Allah created the world, He instilled sin and ignorance in satiation (a full stomach), and He instilled Ilm (Knowledge) and Hikmat (Wisdom) in hunger.”

Hadhrat Zunnun Misri (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “Hikmat does not reside in a full stomach because, verily, much eating incumbently causes hardness and darkness of the heart.”

Much can be written on the virtues of little eating and on the evils of gluttony. In fact, one of the basic principles of the process of Islaah of the Nafs is Reduction of food intake. While these juhala are aware of the texts stated in the Kutub, they do not believe in practical expression of the textual knowledge they have acquired. Thus, they are morally corrupt and spiritually bankrupt. That is why they promote kuffaar attitudes in the manner in which virtues of Islam are promoted.

The cunning molvis in an attempt to fool themselves and other ignoramuses state that there will be separate entrances for males and females. They have succeeded to befuddle only themselves. Not even ignoramuses are befooled. At their shaitaani market venue there will be horrible and immoral intermingling of men and women – sluts perfumed and painted whom Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) described as ‘adulteresses’.

The brains of these miscreant, misguided molvis are in an advanced state of putrefaction as a consequence of the urination of Iblees on their brains. Molvis need no argument to understand the prohibition of females emerging from their homes other that the prohibition for emerging for Salaat proclaimed unanimously by the Sahaabah.

Furthermore, it suffices for the Mu’min to understand this Prohibition when Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayh wasallam) said: “The best Salaat of a female is her Salaat in the innermost corner of her home.” Then to clinch this argument in entirety is the Qur’aanic Prohibition:

“And remain glued in your homes, and make not a display of yourselves as the exhibition of jaahiliyyaah…”

When even the Holy Wives of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Sahaabiyaat who would emerge as Tafilaat (old smelly hags) were banned from even the Musjid, what is the commentary on luring out sluts from their homes –sluts adorned and decorated in finery and emitting stenches of zina? Their ‘abaayas and niqaabs’ are false facades of purdah.

What should be said about luring women from their homes to participate in a purely shaitaani fun activity. They should drown themselves in disgrace.

Every stupid nafsaani item advertised by the so-called ‘hifz academy’ is in conspicuous conflict with the Shariah. Every activity advertised is a nafsaani / shaitaani stunt which has no relationship with Hifz of the Qur’aan. The entire satanic ‘open day-market day’ has been motivated by the twin evils of hubb-e-maal (love for money) and hubb-e-jah (love for name/fame). And these evil goals are being pursued in the name of the Deen. This is a sign of Qiyaamah.

Our Final Naseehat

We warn these wayward molvis of the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal – Athaab which will overtake them right in this dunya. La’nat and Ghadb! We call on them to CANCEL their shaitaani event and to resort to Taubah. It is not too late to make amends. Beware of the Wrath and La’nat of Allah Azza Wa Jal. We furthermore, remind other Ulama to voice themselves against this pillage and plunder of the Deen perpetrated by the Molvi Fraternity. If they desist from Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahy Anil Munkar, they should then prepare themselves for the calamity stated in the Aayat:

“Beware of such a Punishment which will overtake not only the transgressors among you.”

The Ulama and the Buzrugs who condone all the evil with their silence and abstention from Amr Bil’Maroof Nahyi Anil Munkar will all be taken in the Sweep of Allah’s Athaab.
