Pull a child out of the saff

Q. Is it proper to pull a 12 year old child out of the saff after the Salaat has commenced?

A. Pulling children out of the saff after they have commenced Salaat is not permissible. Furthermore, a 12 year old is close to buloogh if not already baaligh. The action of the musalli who commits this act is due to gross ignorance.
