Travel Agents Should Refund Haji That Dies Abroad!

QUESTION

What happens if a haji passes away in makkah or madina,before hajj, are they

entitled to a prorata refund by the agent or airlines?

ANSWER

If a Hajee dies in Makkah without having used all the hotel, transport and other facilities for which he has paid, then the agent should make a prorata refund to his estate.
