Box 3393 Port Elizabeth 6056, South Africa ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 2 “ Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “The most beloved places for Allah are the Musaajid, and the most hated places to Allah are the souks (market places).” A man came to Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and asked: “O Rasulullah! Which cities are the vilest?” Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “I do not know.” Later when Jibraeel (Alayhis salaam) appeared, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) asked: “O Jibraeel! Which are the vilest cities?” Jibraeel (alayhis salaam) said: “I do not know I have to ask my Rabb Azza Wa Jal.” After some time, he returned, and said: “O Muhammad! Verily, you asked me: ‘Which are the vilest cities?’ I had said that ‘I do not know.’ I have asked my Rabb Azza Wa Jal, he says: “The souks (market places).” ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 3 INTRODUCTION The literal meaning of the word ‘souk’ is market- place. Although Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) discouraged visiting market-places, these venues are permissible due to the legitimate needs of people. But, it is not permissible to visit even a lawful market-place for fun, amusement, entertainment and dawdling away the time. About souks, i.e. permissible market-places, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “The most abhorred places by Allah are the souks” “The best of places on earth are the Musaajid and the vilest places are the market-places.” According to the Hadith, the very first being present in any souk is Iblees. Therefore, when necessity constrains one to visit a legitimate market-place, one should recite Ta-awwuz, and withdraw in haste as soon as one’s need has been accomplished. A Muslim does not visit a lawful toilet for joy and amusement. He goes there to execute an imperative need. The same logic is applicable to visiting a lawful market-place. Even ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 4 a halaal souk is not a place for dawdling and enjoyment. Shaitaan sometimes appeared to the Ambiya and the Auliya and engaged them in discussion. Once Hadhrat Junaid Baghdaadi (Rahmatullah alayh) saw Iblees stark naked in a market-place. He said to shaitaan: “At least have shame for the people.” Shaitaan, with a smirk on his face, responded: “If there were people here, I would have had shame.” In other words, the people in the souk were like animals in their conduct, hence even Iblees felt no shame to be naked in their presence. The criticism, despite the permissibility, for souks mentioned in the Ahaadith refer to legitimate market-places, not to haunts for which jaunts of amusement and entertainment are undertaken. It is a massive deception to dub such shaitaani haraam haunts ‘souk’. Yes, it will be appropriate to describe such haunts as the Devil’s Souk, and that is precisely what the Ansaarush Shaitaan ‘souk’ is. Since people have to fulfil their needs, there is permission to go to the legitimate market-place for fulfilling needs. But, it is not permissible to ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 5 go to even a legitimate souk for entertainment, fun and amusement. Even the legitimate souk is a haunt for the shayaateen, hence the need to exercise caution despite the permissibility. THE ‘SOUK’ OF THE HELPERS OF THE DEVIL A massive deception employed by the entity which is organizing the funfare so-called ‘souk’ for the 21 December, 2018, is the haraam appropriation of the designation, Al-Ansar. The adoption of this name is to convey the false idea of being ‘helpers’ of the Deen. Perpetuating this satanic LIE, this shaitaani entity had a shaitaani group of singers and dancers who had dubbed themselves the ‘deen squad’ when in reality all of them including the organizers are the Squad of Iblees, despatched by Shaitaan to ruin the morality and undermine the Imaan of the ignorant masses. The so-called ‘souk’ is an evil merrymaking event of aggravated satanism compounded with a host of fisq and fujoor (flagrant acts of immorality). The haraam is further aggravated by ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 6 peddling the idea of the satanic event being an ‘islamic’ fair. This notion is underlined by the belief that the numerous haraam acts flagrantly organized and marketed are halaal, and this belief is confirmed kufr which expels the organizers from the fold of Islam. The mere presence of one at the Souk of Iblees for entertainment and amusement brings one within the confines of spiritual arcation which culminates in kufr due to the Istikhfaaf (to regard as insignificant) and Istihzaa’ (to make a mockery) of the sacred commands of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Those who will be attending the haraam funfare event of shaitaan are thus imperilling their Imaan. A huge mockery of Allah’s prohibitions and laws is an enactment by the design of the fussaaq / fujjaar or better, kuffaar / murtad organizers of the miserable haraam fair of nafsaani amusement and sexual gratification provided by the presence of droves of zaaniyaat who will be present to lure and seduce the fussaaq and fujjaar males into the commission of the variety of subsidiary acts of zina mentioned by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) who said that “the eye commits zina, the ears commit zina, the mind commits zina”, etc. ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 7 All such acts of zina are necessary corollaries of the kind of satanistic funfare organized by the agents of Iblees. The vilest act of satanism organized by the murtad organizers of the Ansaarush Shaitaan gang of Imaani marauders is the intermingling of sexes. Despite Islam having banned women from visiting even the Musaajid for Salaat, and that too, despite clad like old hags, and despite the host of other stringent conditions which have to be incumbently observed by females when necessity compels their emergence from their homes, we find these vermin of the Iblees Ansaar gang professing to be Muslims, brazenly and blatantly luring the stupid women adorned in their finery designed for seduction from their homes to participate in a fair of satanic amusement. About these women who contemplate to find enjoyment at the haraam devil’s souk, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “A perfumed woman who passes by a gathering is like an adulteress.” Her very presence in such a manner at such a gathering – a gathering of the type organized by the Ansaarush Shaitaan munaafiqeen – entitles her to be dubbed an ‘adulteress’. ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 8 THEIR BURDENS OF SIN The kufr deeply embedded in their hearts have totally blinded them to the reality of the burden of the sins of thousands of Muslims, which they will have to carry on the Day of Qiyaamah for having introduced people to perpetrate sin and transgression – fisq and fujoor – flagrantly in public with the belief of all this satanism being halaal. For the Helpers of the Devil (Ansaarush Shaitaan) organizers of the haraam immoral ‘souk’, the Qur’aan Majeed says: “They will most certainly carry their own burdens (of sin) together with the burdens (of the sins) of others (of those whom they had introduced to the sins). And, most certainly they will be questioned on the Day of Qiyaamah.” (Ankaboot, Aayat 13) IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF SHAITAAN “O People of Imaan! Enter into Islam fully, and do not follow in the footsteps of shaitaan. Verily, he is your open (declared) enemy”. (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 208) ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 9 “O People of Imaan! Do not follow the footsteps of shaitaan. Whoever follows the footsteps of Shaitaan (then he should understand) that most assuredly, he (shaitaan) instructs with fahshaa’ (immorality) and munkar (evil).” (An-Noor, Aayat 21) The Qur’aan Majeed repeatedly commands total adoption of Islam. Partial entry or partial acceptance of the ahkaam of the Shariah, or even acting in conflict with the spirit and ethos of Islam, is tantamount to following in the footsteps of Shaitaan. The type of shaitaani ‘souk’ organized by the Helpers of Iblees is in negation of both the spirit and teachings of Islam in entirety. Every act without exception, enacted at the venue of Iblees is haraam and in flagrant violation of the Shariah. If, for example, there happens to be a facility for performing Salaat at the venue of Iblees, then even that act is also satanism, for it is haraam to perform Salaat in a haunt of Shaitaan. In fact, performing Salaat in a toilet will be a lesser evil than performing Salaat at a shaitaani haunt where wholesale butchery of the ahkaam of Allah Azza Wa Jal is being perpetrated. ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 10 If these people – the organizers, the stall-holders, the singers, the dancers, the jokers, the clients supporting the haraam event and all other helpers – who are parading themselves as Muslims, do have any Imaan left in their hearts, then they should reflect and meditate on the aforementioned Qur’aanic warning and on many other. Warnings in the Qur’aan Shareef and Ahaadith Shareef threatening dire Jahannami consequences for those following in the footsteps of shaitaan, going about this vile affair as if this satanic stunt is a holy occasion exhorted by Islam. The conception of filth and haraam being ‘islamic’ is kufr. And this is precisely the idea which the vile vermin of the Helpers of the Devil are implanting in the minds of the juhala masses, viz. their immoral souk is an ‘islamic’ event. But in reality, every stupid Tom, Dick and Harry who has some self-honesty can see and understand the villainy of satanism with which this souk of shaitaan is saturated. So abhorrent was the Devil’s souk last year, that even the very liberal Jamiatul Ulama KZN which does not generally have a penchant for Amr Bil ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 11 Ma’roof Nahyi Anil Munkar, was compelled to issue the following statement: 'Islamic' Fairs & Souks The Jamiatul Ulama KZN again makes an earnest appeal to the Muslim Community to refrain from attending the Al-Ansaar Souk and other such similar events. For many years now, many senior Ulama, including the late Moulana Yunus Patel (Rahmatullahi Alayh) have repeatedly warned against attending gatherings in the name of Islamic fairs and Souks. The recent shocking events at the Al-Ansaar Souk has triggered an outpouring of condemnation from the Muslim public, and especially the events of Saturday night, which the Ulama have been condemning for many years now. However, the recent events now bring home the reality of attending such events. Besides the music and dancing that has taken place, this event is an arena where time and money is wasted, and where shamelessness, free intermingling, and zina of the eyes and ears very ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 12 often takes place with grave and precarious consequences. It is ironical that whilst the Souk is advertised in the guise of an Islamic event, the conditions there are generally saturated with sin, which creates an environment for the blatant disregard of the Shari'ah and mocks the Sunnah of Rasulullah (sallallahu’alayhi wasallam). The presence of even Ulama or Muslim organizations at any event does not automatically render it permissible. We therefore implore the public and stall holders alike to desist completely from participating and supporting such events. May Allah Ta'ala guide the Ummah towards those deeds that are pleasing to Him and protect us from Divine Wrath and the calamities that have affected Muslims in so many parts of the globe. Executive Committee Jamiatul Ulama KZN Durban South Africa ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 13 The abhorrence and evil of the Devil’s souk had constrained even supporters of the souk to withdraw and cancel their commitment of opening stalls. Numerous Muslims from the general public and from those who were present were appalled by the fisq and fujoor which the Helpers and Agents of shaitaan had organized. The handiwork of Iblees and following in his footsteps had become glaringly conspicuous, hence the public outcry in condemnation of the evil event which the organizers had sought to pass off as an ‘islamic’ fair. PLAY, AMUSEMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT “The life of this world is nothing but la’b (play) and lahw (destructive futility) while the Abode of the Aakhirah is best for those who fear (Allah).” (Al-An’aam) “And this worldly life is nothing but lahw and la’b. Verily the Abode of the Aakhirah is the true life, if only they knew.” (Al-Ankabut, Aayat 64) ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 14 “Verily, this worldly life is only play and amusement. And, if you have (true) Imaan and Taqwa, He (Allah) will grant you your rewards, and He does not ask you for your wealth.” (Muhammad, Aayat 36) These gracious Aayaat of the Qur’aan-e-Kareem and numerous other Qur’aanic Verses and innumerable Ahaadith apprize Muslims of the spirit and ethos of Islam. These Aayaat and narrations indicate for the Ummah the Path of Jannat and how it has to be followed to enable us to reach the destination in Jannat. The dunya and its pomp and glitter are severely denigrated by Allah Ta’ala and His Rasool (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Play, amusement, entertainment and indulgence in futility are despised and proscribed since these are obstacles which divert the mind and heart from Thikrullaah and the goals and objectives of the Aakhirah for which Allah Ta’ala has created us and sent us for a sojourn in this transitory earthly abode. Emphasizing this theme, the Qur’aan Majeed states: “They should laugh little and cry much.” Explaining this Qur’aanic theme, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 15 “If you knew what I know (of Maut, the Qabar and the Aakhirah), you will laugh little, cry much, not derive any pleasure from your wives on your beds, and you would flee into the wilderness wishing that you were a blade of grass.” How is it possible for true Muslims – Muslims with healthy Imaan – to derive pleasure, enjoyment and entertainment from flagrant haraam, sin, transgression and immorality, when Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) reminded us that the Grave calls to us five times daily reminding us of our abode underground? The Qabar exclaims: “I am an abode of darkness; an abode of torment; an abode of solitude; an abode of sand, etc., etc…..” Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), describing the ephemeral nature of this dunya, said: “What relationship do I have with this dunya? I am like a rider on horseback taking shelter under a tree. I then leave the shelter and issue forth (into the desert) to continue the journey.” In this analogy, Nabi-e-Kareem (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) is not advertising his piety or ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 16 asceticism. He conveyed to us the lesson of cultivating zuhd (abstinence from the dunya) – to refrain from sport, entertainment, futility, unnecessary adornment and from all practices which are diversionary from the Objective of the Aakhirah. Therefore he emphasized: “All sport of the mu’min is haraam…..” The summary of innumerable Ahaadith in exposition of the Qur’aanic theme of Zuhd, is to rebuff the dunya and to take from it only what is necessary and essential for the onward journey to reach our ultimate destination in Jannat. With contempt for the dunya, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “The dunya is jeefah”. Jeefah is carrion – rotten meat. Like a starving man on the verge of death is permitted to consume a small amount of jeefah for his survival if no halaal food is available, so too are Muslims supposed to take from this carrion world what is necessary for their Imaani and Roohaani survival. All activities which are inimical for our spiritual and Deeni well-being and scorned by the Shariah have to be incumbently shunned. It is haraam to indulge in these shaitaani activities of entertainment given a variety of deceptive names ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 17 and titles to lure the juhala into the snare of Iblees. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that besides Remembrance of Allah, everything else in this dunya is accursed. This is not the occasion for presenting a detailed commentary of this Hadith. For the purposes of this discussion it will suffice to understand that every act, every indulgence and every idea which is nugatory of the Maqaasid (objectives) of the Aakhirah are haraam. All such activities are integral constituents of kufr which have no affinity with Imaan. A satanic event such as the souk of the Devil’s Ansaar is thus an event of kufr which is being presented as an ‘islamic’ affair. But even a faasiq / faajir can discern the satanism which the despicable outer veneer of deception with which this haraam souk is camouflaged. The evil is too apparent for concealment. Provided that the immoral (faasiq) Muslim has not abandoned his Imaan, he will not fail to see and understand the villainy of the haraam event. Today Muslims are emulating the kuffaar in almost every aspect of life, especially in their lifestyle of amusement, entertainment and ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 18 making a mockery of religion. Describing these Satanists, the Qur’aan Majeed says: “(The kaafireen are) those who take their deen to be amusement and play, and this worldly life has cast them into deception. Therefore on this Day (of Qiyaamah) We shall forget them just as they had forgotten the Meeting of this Day and because of them having rejected Our Aayaat.” (Al-A’raaf, Aayat 51) Play and amusement, entertainment and mockery of deen are prime attractions presented by Shaitaan to deflect Muslims from Siraatul Mustaqeem. In these days Iblees has succeeded in presenting many diversions from Siraatul Mustaqeem. Muslims with their haraam souks, and other functions disguised with Islamically- sounding nomenclature and peddled by the molvi agents of Iblees, such as thikr programmes, mass i’tikaaf programmes, jalsah programmes, na’at/nazam programmes, seerah jalsahs, molvi talk-shop programmes, and as host of other stupid, shaitaani-inspired programmes, have become extremely refractory in wholesale and flagrant violations of the Shariah. ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 19 Arranging such programmes and functions is nothing new. Only the dimension and the scale of the haraam paraphernalia differ. These types of Ibleesi events existed among the mushrikeen and kuffaar of bygone times. Reprimanding and severely warning against such devilish events, the Qur’aan Majeed states: “And among people are those who purchase lahwal hadith in order to mislead (others) from the Path of Allah without any knowledge, and they take (and make) this (these events) a mockery (of the Deen). Indeed, for these people there will be a disgraceful punishment.” (Luqmaan, Aayat 6) “And when Our Aayaat (of Warning and Punishment) are recited to him (i.e. to people of the devil’s Ansaar kind), he turns away arrogantly as if he has not heard it, as if there is a cork (plug) in his ears. Give him the tidings of a painful punishment.” (Luqmaan, Aayat 7) “Lahwal hadeeth” (futile stories/talks and the like) mentioned in the aforegoing Aayat, brings within its scope every kind of shaitaani function which distracts from Allah’s Remembrances, ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 20 from the Maqaasid of the Aakhirah, and embroils people in the perpetration of violations of the Shariah. The souk of the Ansaar devils qualify par excellence for coming within the purview of this Qur’aanic Aayat and within the scope of numerous other Aayaat and Ahaadith. The organizers, assistants and participants in the devilish souk, should understand well that by acting in conflict with the Shariah, i.e. the Qur’aan and Sunnah, they are described as Kaafireen by Allah Azza Wa Jal. “Say (O Muhammad!): ‘Obey Allah and the Rasool. If then they turn their backs (on Allah and His Rasool), then (they should know) that, verily, Allah does not love the Kaafireen.” (Aal Imraan, Aayat 32) On the contrary, those who heed the Call of Allah Ta’ala, obey Him and the Rasool, they will occupy the loftiest mansions and high status in Jannat. Giving them this assurance, Allah Ta’ala says in the Qur’aan Majeed: “Those who obey Allah and the Rasool (by following the Shariah), indeed they will be with those on whom Allah has bestowed His bounties – they will be among the Nabis, Siddiqeen, ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 21 Shuhada and the Saaliheen. Indeed these are beautiful companions.” (An-Nisaa’, Aayat 69) Now it devolves on Muslims to make their choice: Do they desire being among the Ambiya, Siddiqeen, Shuhada and Saaliheen, or among the companions of shaitaan and with shaitaan himself on the Day of Qiyaamah. Abstention from the haraam, immoral souk of fisq and fujoor secures the bounty mentioned above while indulgence in the Rijs of the souk of Iblees will qualify the participants for the humiliating perdition of the companionship of shaitaan. This Naseehat calls you to Allah Ta’ala – to abstain from ruining your Imaan by indulging in shaitaaniyat presented in the form of a legitimate market-place whilst in reality it is a vile haunt of Iblees. If you ignore this Naseehat, then for the one who executes the obligation of Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahyi anil Munkar, is the following advice of Allah Ta’ala: “...Leave them to indulge (in their haraam satanism) and to play (and amuse themselves) until they will meet their day which they are promised (the Day of Qiyaamah). (It will be) the ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 22 Day when they will emerge hurriedly from the graves…..” (Al-Ma-aarij, 42, 43) AMR BIL MA’ROOF NAHYI ANIL MUNKAR The Ulama who are supposed to be the Vanguards of Allah’s Deen are acquitting themselves with shockingly lamentable treachery towards Allah Ta’ala in this devilish saga. While the Ulama, more appropriately, the ulama-e-soo’ (the vile molvis and sheikhs) are enjoying themselves in their self-designed programmes of bid’ah, fisq and fujoor, they are with their silence presenting a license of permissibility and condonation to the organizers of the villainous shaitaani souk. Dwelling in their own pursuits of bid’ah, etc. motivated by hubb-e-jah (love for name/fame) and hubb-e-maal (love for wealth), the molvis with their shaitaani silence are providing legitimacy for the shaitaani souk organizers and for the indulgence of the juhala awaam. It is the Waajib obligation of the Ulama to condemn this ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 23 evil souk from the Mimbar on the Day of Jumuah and on other occasions to educate Muslims regarding the evil of this satanic event. But, the molvis, including the so-called seniors of this era, with their shaitaani silence are acquitting themselves as “Dumb Devils”, in the words of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) who warned: “The one who remains silent regarding the Haqq, is a dumb shaitaan.” Regarding the Dumb Devil, it is mentioned in Fusoolul Badaai’ fi Usoolish Shariah: “It is not permissible to remain silent from condemning that which is not permissible because Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “The one who is silent regarding the Haqq is a dumb devil.” In Kashful Asraar it is mentioned: “For one who is not a Nabi, it is haraam for him to adopt silence (thus abstaining) from refuting (baatil and haraam) if he has the ability. In this regard, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “He who remains silent regarding the Haqq is a dumb shaitaan.”…….Because, verily, silence in the face of baatil creates the impression of ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 24 permissibility or abrogation, and this is not permissible by Ijma’ (Consensus)…” The La’nat (Curse) of Allah Ta’ala settles on those molvis / sheikhs who adopt silence when it is necessary to oppose baatil for the sake of guiding the masses and for preventing the enactment of evil. In Fiqhus Sunnah, the following appears in this regard: “Verily, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) would take the pledge of allegiance from his Ashaab that they would vociferously proclaim the Haqq even if it is bitter, and that they will not fear in the matter of Allah the criticism of those who criticize. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ‘Verily, the one who is silent about the Haqq is a dumb shaitaan.’ In this regard the Qur’aan Kareem states: ‘Verily, those who conceal that which We have revealed of the clear proofs and guidance after We have explained it to the people in the Kitaab, Allah curses them, and those who curse (validly) curse them.” Condemning the ‘dumb devils’, the Qur’aan Majeed says: ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 25 “You will see numerous of them hastening in sin and transgression, and consuming haraam. Why do their saints (buzrugs) and scholars (molvis / sheikhs) not forbid them from their sinful talk and their consumption of haraam? Indeed, what they are perpetrating is vile.” (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 63) When Allah’s Athaab will overtake all these Mujrimeen (criminals) – the molvis and the awaam, they will lament: “Thus came Our punishment during the night or When they were having their midday snooze. Then when Our Punishment arrived, their cry was nothing except that they said: ‘Verily, we were the oppressors.” (Al-A’raaf, 4 and 5) “Beware of such a Fitnah (Punishment/Anarchy) which will overtake not only the transgressors among you.” Even the genuine Buzrugs will come under the Divine Whip and be eliminated with Allah’s Athaab. Such treatment is Allah’s punishment for the self-inflicted disease of desensitization which ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 26 overcame even the sincere and pious Ulama and Shaikhs as a consequence of their socialization and fraternization with the fussaaq and fujjaar. Allah Ta’ala had commanded Jibraeel (Alayhis salaam) to destroy a certain city. Hadhrat Jibraeel (Alayhis salaam) supplicated that in that city was such a great Aabid (Buzrug) who had never committed any sin. Allah Ta’ala said that he too should be destroyed because he had felt not a twinge of abhorrence when the fussaaq and fujjaar were flagrantly violating the Shariat of Allah Ta’ala. On the contrary, he would socialize with them, answering their invitations and consuming the spiritually filthy food they served. We draw the attention of the good Molvis – of those Molvis who believe that they are sincere and serving the Deen – to heed this lesson and to beware of Allah’s Wrath and His Athaab. Their association with the wicked, shaitaani radios of rijs, fisq and fujoor, their mingling with the fussaaq and fujjaar at their gatherings, wedding functions and mock thikr programmes will seal their doom. All of them will be consumed in the conflagration of Divine Wrath and Chastisement. ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 27 The reckless mingling with the fussaaq and fujjaar is motivated by nafsaani and worldly desires. For them, Allah Ta’ala warns: “Those who intend (to acquire) this worldly life and its glitter (making this transitory dunya their objective), We shall fully recompense them in this world for their a’maal (ibaadaat), and they shall not be dealt with unjustly in this world. (But they should understand) that they are the ones for whom there will be nothing in the Aakhirah but the Fire, and whatever deeds they did in this world will be lost and their deeds will all be in vain.” (Hood, 15 and 16) The inevitable Athaab will most certainly apprehend and devour them because they are Rijs – abhorrent filth. About them, the Qur’aan says: “Thus, He (Allah) casts rijs (filth) on those who have no aql (intelligence).” Yoonus, Aayat 100 “….Verily, rijs (filth) and ghadhab (wrath) have settled on you (O You Devils of this souk of Iblees!) from your Rabb.” (Al-A’raaf, Aayat 71) ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 28 “Verily, they are rijs and their abode is Jahannam. It is the recompense for what they have earned.” (At-Taubah, Aayat 95) The audacity of these Ansaar of Iblees is absolutely mind boggling. Wallaah! They cannot be Muslim. They must be munaafiqeen. How is it ever possible for Muslims to perpetrate such filthy misdeeds in the full glare of light and publicity? And, about them, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “The Saalihoon (the true Ulama) are departing (from this world rapidly), one after the other. Then there shall remain only hufaalah (rubbish / chaff / waste matter) such as the chaff of barley or dates. Allah will not have the slightest care (of Rahmat) for them.” They are the ulama-e-soo’. The world today is awash with this hufaalah’. They have destroyed themselves. They have destroyed the Ummah. They have destroyed the Deen. They are the most treacherous shayaateen in human form. Even laymen are bewildered and aghast at the silence with which the Molvis are condoning the ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 29 shaitaani souks which are presented as ‘islamic’ events. One concerned Maulana Sahib writing to us, says: “The souk is so clustered, some teens just go there to rub bodies with women, boys were telling us. Is it not time that the Ulema openly speak against the souk. It gets worse by the year, yet not only do some of us visit it and allow our wives and children to attend but some of us (molvis) attend also. Our silence has added to the souk getting more audacious and more shameless in their haraam every year Masajid trustees need to stop distribution of the Ansaar magazine.” The time is long overdue. Our advice to the Buzrug Maulana Sahib is that just as you expect other Ulama to speak against the devil’s souk, so too should you openly declare yourself and condemn the souk which the Helpers of Iblees are organizing. Only writing to us, serves no real beneficial purpose. The need is to vociferously and fearlessly proclaim the Haqq from the rooftops. This is the Pledge between Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Ulama who have been appointed the Trustees of the Ambiya to safeguard the Deen. It is the responsibility of the Ulema e Rabbani Haqqaani to highlight the Haqq and expose the Baatil or await the wrath of Allaah.” COMMENTS OF CONCERNED MUSLIMS The abhorrence of last year’s shaitaani souk of this Ansaar Iblees gang, constrained many concerned Muslims to voice their revulsion. ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 39 On the Souk Stage, we've seen men with no resemblance to the Sunnah having removed their Beards and chosen Western Suits over the Islamic Libaas (dressing), singing about Allah and His Rasul (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) with music intoxicating our Muslim daughters and sons to gather together, move their bodies and scream in cheer. Our daughters are encouraged to rub shoulders and take selfies with these singers and to get signed autographs, mirroring the culture of notoriety associated with the Entertainment of the Kuffar. Our appeal to everyone who receives this is to exercise their Islamic value of Protectiveness for Islam and the Muslims, and to stay away from this Fitnah being falsely paraded as "Halaal entertainment". May Allah Guide and protect us all.” The Prophet (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said, _"Among my ummah there will certainly be people who permit zinaa, silk, alcohol and musical instruments…” (Narrated by al-Bukhaarita’leeqan, no. 5590) (End of the Brother’s letter) ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 40 “Our” daughters and elderly and youth who participate in the Khanaazeer Souk: are not blameless. And, he who goes in the morning to the souk, sets off in the morning with the flag of Iblees.” “The men of intelligence and wisdom should be near to me (i.e. in Jamaat Salaat), then those near ANSAARUS SHAITAAN ‘SOUK’ 44 to them, and beware of the shenanigans of the aswaak (market-places).” Understand well and remember that when you visit the souk of the Ansaar of Iblees you will be the standard bearer of the FLAG OF IBLEES.
