Let‟s go direct into the jugular. The hadith of the Prophet (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam): “The worst punished of people on the Day of Qiyaamah will be the picture- makers.”, is clear cut, it is nass. The people with the most severe punishment on the day of Qiyaamah will be the picture makers. That‟s the text. However, the definition of picture when the Prophet (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said it, was only one opinion because at that time picture was only drawing. So there is no divine definition to the meaning of soerat. When the Prophet (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said it and he said the most severe punishment is for the picture maker, at that time, we all can understand and agree it was only drawing. There was no device, no technology. So because the hukm ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 3 is mansoos but the Ta‟reef is not mansoos, the ta‟reef is not explicit, that opens up the door for reflection, opinion, discussion and difference of opinion.” Before discussing and refuting the flotsam disgorged by the deviate, it is beneficial to first introduce the chap. Shar‟i practices and Ahkaam which are embedded in the Ummah since the inception of Islam are interpreted away to gratify his Yahood and Nasaara handlers whom he is bootlicking with his haraam, modernist, liberal views of fisq and fujoor. ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 4 This deviated moron performed a nikah in Lenasia where he allowed the bride and bridegroom into the Musjid, embrace and act shamelessly like kuffaar brides and bridegrooms. This jaahil condoned the bride entering the Musjid while the groom came with a bunch of flowers. He flagrantly indulges in photography and videography, hence he has to find some satanic interpretation to argue away the extremely strict prohibition stated by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Since this agent of Iblees who advertises his snout on the haraam zina internet platforms finds it necessary to maintain some „deeni‟ credence, he mutilates the Hadith of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) with satanic interpretation to bamboozle the riff-raff morons who constitute his audience. Thus the agent of Iblees says: “However, the definition of picture when the Prophet (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said it, was only one opinion because at that time picture was only drawing. So there is no divine definition to the meaning of soerat.” Shamelessly, his claim bordering on kufr if not actual kufr, implies that the exceptionally severe Prohibition stated by our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was left in ambiguity by him (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), and that the prohibition of picture-making is restricted to only pictures drawn with the hand whereas Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) explicitly ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 5 stated the prohibition applying to all pictures of animate objects regardless of the method of production. Understand well, that the Prohibition does not refer to the method of production. It is related directly to the picture regardless of method of its making, be it by means of the hand, by pen, paint, caricature, indenting, tracing, pricking, and many any other ways of production. The prohibition logically brings within its scope pictures produced by even the camera, television, videography, digital and whatever means will still be discovered in the future. The Laws of the Shariah are not confined to methods, ways and acts which prevailed fourteen centuries ago. If that was the case, as the rubbish deviate implies, then there is a need for another Nabi with another Scripture to cater for the swiftly developing methods, ways and practices of this age of technology and atheism. However, since Allah Ta‟ala has perfected and finalized the Shariah and terminated Nubuwwat in the noble Personage of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), it logically and Islamically follows that the Mansoos Ahkaam of the Shariah and the Usool structured on the basis of the Qur‟aan and Ahaadith cater adequately for all developing exigencies until the Day of Qiyaamah. ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 6 Thus to limit the Prohibition stated explicitly by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) to only pictures drawn by the hand, in addition to being silly, stupid and absurd is kufr. It is denial of the universality of the Shariah. Liquor and all forms of intoxicants are haraam regardless of the method of production. The logical conclusion of the satanic averment of the agent of Iblees is that only such wine/intoxicants made in the method which existed during the era of Nubuwwat are haraam, and that new, scientific methods of producing liquor render the intoxicants halaal because the prohibition applies to only such liquors produced in the method in vogue fourteen centuries ago when the Qur‟aan declared the prohibition. This is truly satanic. Even morons can understand the utter absurdity of such reasoning disgorged by the dunderheaded shaitaan in human form. In fact, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), himself, had alluded to this type of shaitaani argument which the legalizers of haraam will resort to in times close to Qiyaamah. Hadhrat Mufti Muhammad Shafi‟ (Rahmatullah alayh) in the introduction to his book on the Prohibition of pictures cites the following Hadith of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam): ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 7 “There will be people in my Ummah who will change the name of wine (giving it some fancy designation) and consume it. At these drinking sessions music, singing and dancing will prevail. Allah will cause them to be swallowed into the earth while some of them will be transformed into apes and swines.” The hearts and brains of these vile halaalizers of haraam are already disfigured into the forms of „apes and swines‟, hence they change the names and definitions of the Shariah to justify their flagrant indulgence in haraam pictography. Continuing his criticism of those who legalize pictures in the manner the deviate Solomon Moola does, Hadhrat Mufti Muhammad Shafi says: This practice (of changing the names of forbidden things with a view to legalise them) which our Nabi – (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) mentioned with regard to wine has today been employed by Muslims, not only for wine, but for many other forbidden practices. Practices which the Shariah has proscribed as Haraam (prohibited) have today been painted in the colours of modernity and their names have been changed so that people could indulge in these forbidden practices without any restraint. These people labour under the misconception that they have escaped the Divine Prosecution by employing this self-deceptive trick. ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 8 If they had any insight they would have realised that by the employment of this deception they are guilty of two crimes, i.e. (1) the commission of the sin, the name of which they have changed, and (2) being devoid of regret and shame for the crime thus perpetrated. These are such people who are forgetful of repentance. . . . picture-making has been named photography and has thus been declared as lawful. . . interest has been named profit, and has thus been legalized. (My complaint is lodged with Allah Ta‟ala. There is no Strength and no power, but with Allah, the Great, the Majestic.) The subject under discussion is the question of photography. This too is one of the links in that chain. Shariah has branded picture-making as an absolute prohibition, and the use of pictures as unlawful. Modern Muslims of today have camouflaged this practice with a new garb. They have turned away from the obsolete methods of picture-production and have invented a new method of picture-making, giving it a new name in order to escape the verdicts of Prohibition. In this regard there is not much complaint against the modernists who have been tutored and “nourished” in only modernity. Alas! Our complaint is against those who not only have knowledge of the Quran and Sunnah, but also venture to criticise ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 9 sometimes the Aimma-e-Mujtahideen (the great Jurists of Islam) and our pious Pre-decessors because they labour under the illusion of being experienced and all- wise. They have dubbed picture-making with the term photography and have issued Fatwas (verdicts) of permissibility . . . These (votaries of photography) in support of their claim state: “It seems that in the present age all the modern Ulama of enlightened opinion hold the view that photography is not picture-making", and that the term, Tasweer (picture-making) is not applicable to photography.” “Indeed, it is astonishing to note that these very “modern” Alims of “enlightened opinion” who have shrugged off the Taqleed of the Aimma-e-Mujtahideen and the Pious Predecessors in consonance with their lowly desires are the very ones who bow their heads in submission to their contemporaries (i.e. those who have issued verdicts declaring photography of animate objects lawful). The anarchist regards the following (Taqleed) of the great Jurists of Islam as a dark blot, and he does not hesitate to portray the opinions of the overwhelming majority of Fuqahaa (Jurists) and Muhadditheen who include many Sahabas, as erroneous. It is this type of ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 10 anarchist who today desires to declare a Haraam act as Halaal with the aid of the Fatwas of a handful of contemporaries. Indeed, it is most shocking to observe that he will not even consider the opinions of Hazrat Ali (Radhiyallahu anhu) and Hazrat Ibn Abbaas (Radhiyallahu anhu) when these do not conform to his (the anarchist‟s) fancy. But, the verdicts of a handful of contemporaries are accepted by the anarchist when these conform to his desire notwithstanding the existence of the Fatwas of thousands of Ulama which contradict him.” Shaikh Mustufaa Humaami (Rahmatullah alayh) of Egypt writes: “The photographers of our time regard picture- making as a great skill and as a branch of the „fine-arts‟ . . . this means that these people regard picture-making as lawful without any qualms. Now, what does the Law state regarding a person who regards a forbidden practice as lawful, and this too, when he has knowledge of its prohibition? We seek Allah‟s protection. . . . Alas! Muslims today have been encircled by this great evil (of photography) to such an extent that there hardly remains a Muslim home without being full with photos. Ponder! Should Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) make an appearance today and observe this evil, what will be his attitude? The great misfortune of the situation is that this fitnah (the evil of photography) ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 11 prevails in those cities where the inhabitants regard themselves to excel in knowledge.” This in a nutshell sums up the refutation and rejection of the absurd interpretation of this harum-scarum follower of Iblees. Advertising his jahaalat, the copro-deviate says: “So there is no divine definition to the meaning of soerat.” This is like saying that there is no divine definition of wine, of zina, of music, of riba, etc., etc. because the methods and ways of committing these sins have drastically changed after fourteen centuries. Thus in terms of this satanic logic stemming from the shaitaaniyat of the chap, the Shariah is antique to be relegated to the museum. Thus, the denial of the finality of Nubuwwat and of Islam is logically implied by the resort to the corrupt shaitaani interpretation of the copro-deviate. In the entire more than 14 century history of Islam in which flourished innumerable Aimmah Mujtahideen and thousands of Fuqaha of the greatest kind and worth, not a single one has stated the rubbish which ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 12 this Solomon Iblees has disgorged, namely “…..there is no divine definition to the meaning of soerat.” There is no need for a „divine‟ definition of the sun, moon, stars, insaan, shaitaan and the myriads of things which every moron understands. There is no intricacy necessary for the understanding of the meaning of a picture. This rubbish interpretation is an inspiration of Iblees urinated into the brains of this deviate. There is no ambiguity in Islam regarding the meaning of a picture (soerat). Excreting more drivel, the chap says: “There was no device, no technology. So because the hukm is mansoos but the Ta‟reef is not mansoos, the ta‟reef is not explicit, that opens up the door for reflection, opinion, discussion and difference of opinion.” He seeks to create the impression that the Ahkaam announced by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) are ambiguous, lacking in clarity because of the non- existence of „technology‟ in the era of Nubuwwat. Understanding the Shariah and acting according to its Ahkaam are not reliant on „technology‟. According to the deviate, Islam with its perfected and finalized Shariah, is the subject of opinion and that it drifts in unchartered waters being buffeted by the wildly fluctuating vagaries of the nafs, and this is precisely ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 13 what this deviate and all followers of Iblees of his ilk are doing. The „mansoos hukm‟, especially of the category of Hurmat (prohibition) is devoid of ambiguity. The claim that the „ta‟reef‟ (definition) of „picture‟ is ambiguous is satanically inspired. A hukm of severe and explicit Prohibition is not raised on ambiguity. The meaning of a picture is as simple as the meaning of sunlight, water, fire, etc. Morons too are in no need for the stupidity of being explained what a picture is. Thus the suggestion that there is scope for difference of opinion regarding the meaning of a picture is silly, absurd and satanic. Even kuffaar will mock what this deviate has excreted. The chap further says: “The Ulama have mentioned, and I know this might be a bit of a contentious issue, but I share the reflection because that's the focus, Fiqhut Tarjeehaat. We're trying to understand what's important. Some people in their losing the focus of priority, they focus their energy in the condemnation of makruh more than they're supposed to focus their energy in the condemnation of haram. Some people so preoccupied on subsidiary matters and differences, when there is scope for diversity here, that by default they have no energy to speak about things that are clear-cut haram. Those who castigate the display of the ugly snouts of the deviate molvis and sheikhs appearing on haraam picture-platforms, in addition to criticing these deviates and their haraam methodology also vehemently and vigorously criticize zina, homosexuality, lesbianism, music and the like, which are major sins which the Rubbish deviates condone with their satanic silence. Since they are „dumb devils‟ according to Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), they are Hasabu Jahannam (Fuel for Hell-Fire). It is a blatant lie to aver that those who criticize the haraam methods used to speak out against drugs, do not ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 15 condemn drugs. Just as drugs are haraam so too are the satanic methods employed by the Hufaalah haraam. Nothing of the Shariah is „subsidiary‟. Every hukm of the Shariah is of primary importance. In fact it is kufr to describe the Prohibition of pictures as being „subsidiary‟. It is Istikhfaaf which is kufr. Istinja is not a „subsidiary‟ issue to scan over superficially. The validity of Salaat is reliant on valid Istinja. But these deviates, regard the Ahkaam of the Deen to be insignificant, hence the copro-deviate says that speaking against the major sin of pictures is a „subsidiary‟ matter with which one should not be preoccupied. Preoccupation with a Shar‟i issue is proportionate to the degree of infraction and neglect. The greater and the more the violation, the more will be the preoccupation. Preoccupation with a Shar‟i issue which has been trampled into oblivion and even abrogation is of imperative importance. Hence, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “He who holds on to my Sunnah at the time of the corruption of my Ummah will receive the reward of a 100 martyrs,” Thus, even Istinja is of primary importance. Deviates assign even major sins to their satanic „subsidiary‟ category. For them, the Hurmat of pictures is ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 16 „subsidiary‟. This is a shaitaani, nafsaani category fabricated by the Moola Iblees and his ilk for justifying their indulgence in the major sin of photography, television and appearing on the zina internet platforms. Such jaahil, deviate characters are termed Haatibul Lail, i.e. they gather firewood in the darkness of the night without knowing on what their hands fall. The moron does not understand, due to his stark stupidity of Ilm-e-Deen, that for all practical purposes the consequence of Makruh Tahrimi and Haraam is Jahannam –Hell-Fire. The slight technical difference between the two terms does not cool the Fire of Jahannum for the perpetrator. The roasting effect in Jahannam is the same for the perpetrator of Makruh Tahrimi and Haraam. The Fuqaha are unanimous in this hukm. ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 17 The jaahil should present examples of misdirection of focus by the Ulama-e-Haqq who condemn all forms of sin and transgression regardless of the Fiqhi category to which the sinful acts are assigned. The jaahil is at pains to convey the idea that the severe prohibition of pictures belongs to the Makruh Tanzihi category, hence the deviates are not perpetrating haraam acts by indulging in their picture-obscenities. Indeed, his brains are malfunctioning, and the evidence for this is that he believes that an act for which Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) warned is the „severest punishment‟, belongs to the makruh tanzihi class. The focus of those Ulama who diligently discharge the obligation of Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahy Anil Munkar, is on the Haqq. Every hukm of the Shariah is of imperative importance. The Fuqaha have explicitly said: “While Miswak is Sunnah, its denial is KUFR.” What conclusion is now to be drawn from the copro-view that the severest-punished sin of pictures is permissible or at the maximum it is „makruh tanzihi‟? For the edification of the ignorant and unwary who may have been trapped into deviation by the deviate characters, the following Hadith is of salutary significance: “Salmaan Faarsi (Radhiyallahu anhu) narrated: „One of the Mushrikeen mocking at him said: „I see your Companion (i.e. Rasulullah –Sallallahu alayhi ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 18 wasallam – teaching you everything even about excrement.‟ (Salmaan) responded: „Yes! He ordered us not to face the Qiblah (at the time of excreting) and that we should not cleanse ourselves with our right hands, …” Every teaching of the Deen is of imperative importance. There are no „subsidiary‟ teachings in the meaning of the term given to it by the juhala deviates. The „subsidiary‟ attitude of the Solomon deviate is that of the Mushrikeen. In an attempt to obfuscate the issues of contention and to assign major sins to the class of valid Ikhtilaaf (difference of opinion), the jaahil says: “Brothers, please listen. I say please because I'm quoting the words of Anwar Shah, not to me. I'm a regular ordinary mortal, my bro. Anwar Shah Kashmiri said, the matters in which there's juristic differences between scholars. And Yahya Bin Saeed said, throughout our history, throughout our history, we had Muftis issued a verdict that certain things are permissible, and other Muftis issuing a verdict that those things are impermissible. Throughout our history, Yahya Bin Saeed's quotation, never was it in our history that the one who said it's haram considered the other one to be destroyed because he said it's halal. Nor did the one who said it's halal consider his counter opinion to be destroyed because he said it's haram.” ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 19 This is a typical argument of deception which all deviates employ to halaalize practices which are unanimously haraam. We all know of the numerous differences among the four Math-habs. No one criticizes, for example, the Shaafis who holds diametrically opposite views to the Hanafi Math-hab on some issues, and the same applies to masaa-il of Ikhtilaaf of the Maaliki and Hambali Math-habs. But to extend that attitude of toleration to the haraam which these deviates halaalize is in fact kufr. The halaalization of pictures is not an Ikhtilaafi mas‟alah of the Math-habs. The activities in which the deviates of our age indulge in are 100% haraam and motivated by worldly and nafsaani objects. Shaafis, Maalikis and Hambalis are not criticized for adhering to the tenets of their respective Math-habs even if these are in conflict with the masaa-il of the Ahnaaf. On the issue of pictures there is no valid counter view. The liberal, deviate molvis and sheikhs of this era having legalized the major sin of pictures, are seeking Shar‟i justification for their haraam indulgence in flagrant and blatant fisq and fujoor. The text from Kashfuz Zunoon, is not the Qur‟aan nor the Hadith of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Furthermore, the text is not a licence for halaalizing ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 20 explicit haraam practices for which there is no scope for interpretation. The chap‟s „stumbling‟ on the text of Kashfudh Dhunoon lends absolutely no support for his deviation and halaalizing of haraam. There are developing issues for which there are no explicit rulings of the Fuqaha. In such matters, the Ulama – genuine Ulama – not clowns such as the Solomon character – will base their rulings on established Usool of the Shariah. In such matters difference of opinion is accepted. For example: According to Hadhrat Maulana Yusuf Binnuri as well as other Ulama, the Meeqaat for those approaching from the south is the point in the sea/air in line with Yalam Lam. According to Mufti Muhammad Shafi, the Meeqaat for them is Jeddah. While we follow the latter view, we do not criticize the former view. On the contrary we advise the better option is to adopt the former view. According to some Ulama e-bucks issued by banks are haraam. According to us, it is halaal. We do not criticize those Ulama who hold the opposite view. On the contrary, we advise our questioners that the Ihtiyaat (Precaution) is to follow the view of the Ulama who say that it is haraam. We say that medical insurance is haraam. Many Ulama claim that due to the circumstances it is halaal. We do ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 21 not criticize them for the counter view. On the contrary, looking at the difficulties and hardships, we respond that according to some Ulama medical aid is permissible, hence the questioner may accept that view. In similar vein, there are numerous Ihtilaafi masaa-il. While we hold diametric counter views we do not criticize the Ulama for their views because such differences are based on valid Shar‟i grounds and principles. We differ in our understanding, hence contradictory fatwas which are tolerated is not criticized. But what these deviate louts are doing is halaalization of fisq, fujoor and kufr. This is not surprising because Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had predicted the prevalence of ulama-e- soo‟, deviates, mudhilleen and the like in the era in close proximity to Qiyaamah. But, the evil activities which these thugs promote and indulge in are never valid Ikhtilaafi masaa-il. Picture- making, television, videography, kufr interfaith, inviting kuffaar men and women into the Musaajid, closing the Musaajid, cancelling many Shar‟i ahkaam to accommodate and promote covid satanism, allowing the bride and groom with flowers into the Musjid, making tawaaf of a hindu wedding fire, luring women into the public domain for participation in shameless programs painted with some „deeni‟ hue, encouraging girls to pursue secular education in brothel universities, ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 22 encouraging women to go to the Musaajid, intermingling of the sexes, etc., etc., etc. are all haraam misdeeds which may not be condoned. These practices cannot be elevated to the differences of the Math-habs. About these deviates, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “There tongues are sweeter than sugar while their hearts are the hearts of wolves.” All these deviates are „eloquent‟ speakers who draw audiences with their „sweeter than sugar tongues‟. But they destroy the Imaan of the juhala with “their hearts of wolves”. They are like wild donkeys (humurum mustanfirah) fleeing from a lion as mentioned in the Qur‟aan Majeed: “What is wrong with them that they turn away from Naseehat (advice)? They are like wild donkeys fleeing from a lion.” (Al-Mudath-thir, 49, 50, 51) Just as wild donkeys flee from a lion, so too do these deviates flee from the Shariah. Thus they say that a photo is not a picture, and that if a picture is not hand-drawn, then it is not a prohibited picture. Indeed their brains are deranged with copro substances. Let us understand some facts related to the Mufti and the organization: - The Mufti recently conducted a nikaah at Masjid Umar Farouk, Lenasia where he allowed the bride and the bridegroom into the Musjid premises, and to embrace and conduct themselves in the kuffaar style of bride-bridegroom shamelessness. If the Moulana is indeed a "Mufti", how can he condone the bride coming to the upstairs section of the Musjid and the groom going there to present a bunch of flowers and hug the bride in kufaar style? Why did he not stop it? Why did he not speak out and condemn this mess-up in the Musjid? How can you play double standards with yourself by saying that the preferred view of the ulama is that photography is prohibited but you yourself engage in Photography and videography? *How can the organizations host an "aalim" who appears on YouTube and Television??!!* So many Ulama have flung into the country over the past few years who are openly involved in all these Haraam acts. It was and is the unanimous Fatwa and firm belief of the recent past and current Ulama that TV is HARAAM. According to the Hadith, “The severest Punishment will be meted out to the picture makers.” (Hadith – Bukhari Shareef) So many ahadith are there that highlight the impermissibilty of photography, yet most are cognisant of the fact and heavily participate in this HARAAM act. Don't we fear standing infront of Allah Ta‟ala on the Day of Qiyaamah? ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 26 Maulana Ibrahim Dewla Saheb, highly respected and revered in the country, in an excerpt in a naseehat speaking specifically about mobile phone photography: “People are taking photos. This is undoubtedly haraam. In our gatherings of Allah‟s commandments, adopting sunnah and striving for Deen, where has this adulteration come from? If we are not cautious about refraining from Haraam, what is left of Deen. There is no permission for this in Shariah of which the warnings of punishment are severe. To create a path of entering Jahannam for oneself, is this something to speak about? This is indeed terrible. A lot of Taubah has to be done…To discard what Allah has prohibited in order to satisfy one‟s wishes and desires, the boundaries of ignorance are exceeded. - Encouraging and crying from the Mimbar to send our daughters to universities. In the past, the Mufti would say that women should stay in their homes. All should abide to the laws of Hijaab properly as taught by Deen. A time came when the Mufti cried from the Mimbar and said that "don't stop our daughters from going to universities". How can a person change statements within a span of few ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 27 years? This Mufti now participates in a gathering where he openly addresses a mixed gathering of sexes (The so called GPU festival). - Taking part in youth game trips and lavish umrah trips which are void of barakah due to the great sin of engaging in photography and videography and many other factors. - Organizing scrumptious dawats which do not have an ink of sunnah in them (Eating on tables and chairs). - Organizing youth programs at a sports club (so called outdoor therapeutic set up) - Leaving out the Masjid, Ajeeb. - One of their Moulanas appeared on YouTube (making vlogs) during this year's Hajj with Radio Islam. Openly breaking the commands of Allah Ta‟ala in the Mubarak lands. - There are so many other points which could be brought out, but these points are sufficient to highlight the wrongs perpetrated and promoted by the Mufti and his chamchaas. An advice for the ULAMA: Open your eyes. You are the inheritors of the Ambiyaa Alayhi Salaam. Do not forget that you have a ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 28 responsibility to promote the good and prohibit the evil (Amr Bil Ma'roof Nahy Anil Munkar). On the basis of keeping unity, the Ulama are quiet. What unity when so many wrongs are taking place in the community? Who will speak out if the Ulama don't? Will the laymen who seem to have better understanding of what's going on speak out??!! The attitude of the senior Ulama is reminiscent of the attitude of the Ulama of Bani Israaeel. It is mentioned in the tafseer of the Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahy Anil Munkar aayaat that in the beginning these Ulama would resolutely execute the obligation of Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahy Anil Munkar. However, when they saw that their public rebuffed their naseehat and that they were losing public support, they changed their modis operandis. Instead of continuing to discharge their obligation of Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahy Anil Munkar, shaitaan convinced them to adopt silence and to socialize and fraternize with the fussaaq public. Thus, they presented a variety of arguments to justify their silence and abandonment of Amr Bil Ma‟roof. Regarding their degeneration into this satanic rut of abstention from Amr Bil Ma‟roof and socializing and ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 29 fraternizing with the transgressors, the Qur‟aan Majeed says: “Those of Bani Israaeel who disbelieved were cursed on the tongues of Daawood and Isaa, the son of Maryam. That was due to their sinning and transgression. They would not prevent from evil which they would perpetrate. Indeed evil was it that they perpetrated.” (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 78) Allaamah Ibn Kathir commenting on this Aayat said that when Bani Israaeel used to commit sins and indulge in transgression, their Ulama would prevent them. That is: they correctly practised Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahy Anil Munkar. However, when the people ignored the Ulama, the latter began socializing and fraternizing with the fussaaq and fujjaar. Thus, they completely abandoned the obligation of Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahy Anil Munkar. Therefore Nabi Daawood (Alayhis salaam) and Nabi Isaa (Alayhis salaam) invoked the La‟nat of Allah Azza Wa Jal on these Ulama. The silent Ulama should take note. They must heed the dire warning of La‟nat sounded in the Qur‟aan Majeed. The Ulama who had abandoned Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahy Anil Munkar to socialize and fraternize with the flagrant perpetrators of fisq and fujoor such as the Moolla and Menk characters were cursed by the ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 30 Ambiya. The concern of the Ulama should be the Ridha‟ of Allah Ta‟ala, not the pleasure of the transgressors. When the silence becomes deafening in the wake of abandonment of Amr Bil Ma‟roof, then the universal (aam) Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal becomes halaal for the chastisement of the entire community. The obligation of the Ulama is to loudly proclaim the Haqq regardless of the annoyance and chagrin of the jaahil masses. Credibility and honour are the bounties of Allah Ta‟ala. No one can bestow honour to anyone. It is a massive deception of Iblees and the nafs to understand that bootlicking the ignorant public, socializing and fraternizing with them will bring about credibility and honour. On the contrary, the very public whom the ulama-e-soo‟ bootlick will despise the scholars of dollars. The Qur‟aan Majeed: “You (O Allah!) bestow izzat (honour/respect) to whomever You will, and You disgrace whomever You will.” “What! Do they search for honour from them (the juhala, deviates, etc.)? Verily Izzat belongs to only Allah.” ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 31 We warn the silent Ulama to wake up and to fulfil their sacred duty of Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahy Anil Munkar. Such silence will render the ground fertile for the shaitaaniyat of the mudhil molvis and junk muftis. Reprimanding the silent Ulama, Allah Ta‟ala says in the Qur‟aan Majeed: “Why do their Ulama and their Buzrugs not prevent them (their people) from sinful talk and devouring haraam. Indeed, vile is it that they perpetrated.” An advice for the community of Lusaka and Zambia: Stop falling into the traps of these Modern Ulama including Al Ihsaan, THE MUFTI and their chamchaas. Recognize what the truth is! Don't fall into the deception that, ooohh, Al Ihsaan are carrying out so many good works for the benefit of the community. It's a trap!!! They want to develop the belief that whatever they are doing is good, and people should follow them and like them. Behind the scenes, slowly but surely, they are promoting the evil agendas of their leaders (Interfaith, photography, modern deen)... They want to tarnish the reputation of Deen. Look, how when they hosted the famous YouTube; Tiktok; TV "Mufti", so many people including the ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 32 Ulama lamented them and were against them. To hide their wrong, they did not put their logo on the posters. After that, they did so "many good projects", so that people forget the wrong that they committed. This is his warped and lopsided version of Islam. When Ulama condemn females for going to university and losing their shame and chastity, he cries and wails that they should not be condemned. Begs a million dollar question regarding this moola: Is he a mufti of Deen or just after name and fame and moola boodles??? (Iblees has numerous cheap muftis in his employ – The Majlis) (End of the Brother‟s Lament) Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Hayaa (shame/modesty) is a branch of Imaan.” Haya is an inherent attribute of Imaan. When a professed Muslim acquits himself/herself with kuffaar style shamelessness and immodesty, it is indicative of extreme deficiency of Imaan and possibly of elimination of Imaan. Hitherto, in Muslim society the haraam, immoral act permitted by the Solly Moolla zindeeq is unknown. Now this shaitaan in human form has planted the seed of zina for future commission in the Musjid. The haraam wedding ceremony in the Musjid was both shameless and in emulation of kuffaar wedding practices. ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 35 Shaitaan operates in cunning and subtle ways. He will of course not initiate his zina plot by attempting to convince even the most ignorant Muslim to commit the perversion in Musjid property. He commences his immoral villainy in the manner this Zindeeq has done. The first step in the process of zina is to embed shamelessness/immodesty in Muslims. This first step is the shaitaani bride and the shaitaani groom who desecrated the sanctity of the Musjid in shameless kuffaar style. The Qur‟aan warning Muslims, commands: “Do not approach near to zina”. Take note and reflect! The Qur‟aan does not say: Do not commit zina. The command is Do not venture anywhere near to zina. Abandonment of Purdah in the wake of shamelessness as displayed by the vile groom and his vile bride at the behest of the Moolla zindeeq, and acquittal in the style of kuffaar weddings where men and women are in flagrant zina proximity, are the elements of zina in the making prohibited in the Qur‟aanic Aayat. Every lewd, shameless, immodest kuffaar display is a factor leading towards zina. While kuffaar, especially western kuffaar, are well advanced in the science and discipline of zina with deluges of nudity and obscenity, Muslims, even modernists have some haya. Musaajid are gradually and silently being converted into temples. Noteworthy in this regard of conversion are the Umar Farooq Musjid, The Houghton Musjid and the Musgrave Musjid in Durban. Shaitaan has already achieved his objective in Cape Town where a Musjid has been converted into a Gay temple. The Musjid has become a satanic haunt for perverts of every hue. The Moolla zindeeq has been able to flagrantly promote his cult of zina because the trustees of the Musjid are fussaaq and fujjaar of the worst kind. A man asked Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam): “When will be the Hour (of Qiyaamah)?” Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “When Amaanat (Trust) is destroyed, then await the Hour.” The man asked: “How will Amaanat be destroyed?” Our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “When Amaanat is entrusted to unfit characters, then be in expectation of red winds (possibly hurricanes, tornadoes and the like)…” Most trustees of the Musaajid today are wholly unfit, and some are even khanaazeer who plot to convert the Musaajid into temples such as the Gay temple in Cape Town. This type of fitnah is incremental and the tide of fitnah will spiral into disastrous upheavals of obscenity, immorality, and perversion of every filth imaginable, since these are signs of Qiyaamah predicted by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The materialization of the predictions also testifies to the truth of Nubuwwat. ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 42 Don’t condemn the youth in the universities...it’s our sons, it’s our daughters. Do we want Muslim females to become doctors? Send your sons and daughters to universities!’ ‘Keep our daughters at universities because they are the ones who are going to pick up the Ummah.’ Imaam Sufyaan Ath-Thawri rahmatullahi alayh said: ‘I seek Allah’s Refuge from the fitna of the ignorant worshipper and the fitna of the wicked scholar, for indeed their fitna is the trial of everyone who is put to trial.’ How long before Ebraham Bham and other like- minded African-Indo-Pak mercenaries are coveted again to return onto the lucrative UK Masaajid Touring Circuits to join ‘Ummah Welfare Trust’ to fleece a liberal, gullible, naive and cuckold Muslim Community of its honour and donations? ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 43 None of these visiting or resident Celebrity Maulvis will use these Programs to condemn women attending universities, women driving, rubbing shoulders with non-mahram at work or frequenting any and every leisure, dinning and shopping place imaginable. Nor will they address non-attendance by men for Fardh Salah, ogling at non-mahram, watching of TV, immersion in kuffar sports, misbehaviour in Masaajid or the deplorable apathy shown by Parents towards Children‟s Madrasah Taaleem. Deeni terminology is being mutilated, Seerah programs are being misused to promote liberal, alien, haram values to appease kufr ideologies and the Abrahamic Accord. Token condemnation is being quoted by their „fifth‟ Imam, Mufti Taqee Uthmaani to belatedly condemn filming and videoing of Deeni Programs; whilst all the time more and more videos are uploaded online of these very Scholars delivering programs either inside Masaajid or at dubious venues elsewhere with tripod- mounted cameras literally inches away from their snouts. Shady organisations, spearheaded by the same Maulvis, are going one stage further in summoning women towards designated spaces in Masaajid. These people are offering „free gifts to every attendee,‟ refreshments and food on their whirlwind tours of UK Masaajid. To remain quiet or passive, out of fear of being labelled the cause of discord, orthodox, extremists or disruptive, to stay away from urgent pressing destructive issues, to avoid upsetting the feelings of scoundrels, to conceal facts is not an option. When false statements are made in the public realm at such venues and relayed over social-media, then it becomes the incumbent duty of Ulama Haqq to confront all these irregularities and deviations, no matter who the perpetrators are and what seniority is attributed to them in the worldly academic realm. People like Sulaiman Moola use their oratory skills: their glittering half-truths (dhukraful qawl); flair to captivate; to raise and mislead an audience against the Ulama Haqq. They have no Sharee proof, oral or written, to substantiate these false claims. These celebrity shaykhs, are experts at playing upon the emotions, ignorance, weaknesses and fears of the audience, by conjuring up non-existent issues, disinformation, misinformation, lies in the same way magicians and the media befool observers. Allah Ta‟ala is Pure and He only accepts that which is Pure. Islam is too noble, too pure, too truthful, too chivalrous, too magnanimous to require any Haram means or avenues to propagate or defend it. The entire mission of Rasoolullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam and his entire Seerah is a lesson in purity; it does not require celebrity shaykhs, videos, women being summoned to gatherings away from their home environment; the offering of free gifts for attendees, serving of refreshments and food; the spending of thousands of pounds upon first class flights, hotels and performance fees (bahksises). With the blessed month of Ramadhaan only days away, how much are these celebrity shaykhs gifted to visit the UK from overseas for these Seerah, Qur‟an and so-called Islaah Programs? How do the visiting Minister of Religion‟s fees and expenses compare to the humble amount begrudgingly and belatedly paid to the local unknown Imam and Madrasah Asaatizaahs? We all know the answer to this question. Celebs are paid almost £5,000 just for first-class airfares alone (because they often travel via Dubai and Haramain Sharifain in order to perform the Nikah of a sponsor‟s child and Umrah enroute). Their hotel, out of pocket expenses and acting fees are all separate. Is it because the audience is so dopey, so foolish, so shameless that they happily encourage their womenfolk to attend such venues, glamorise and hero-worship such celebrity shaykhs, substituting them for pop-stars, actors and musical songs? Is it also because the Ummah has become so distanced from recitation of the Glorious Qur‟an, its menfolk prefer to listen to these clowns between Asr and Maghrib during Ramadhaaan, or hold fictitious non- productive Masjid Expansion Appeals, rather than spend time reading from the Mushaf and making du‟a? ARGUMENTS TO HALAALIZE „SEERAT‟ FUNCTIONS 47 In this era, almost all these programs and events (Seerah, Qur‟an Shareef/Bukhari Jalsah, Youth, Islaahi Programs, Workshops and Seminars) are distractions and side-shows. None are leading to any improvement in Muslim conduct, any increase in Masaajid attendees, any increase in Muslim Ladies staying at home. It is the incumbent duty of all Muslim‟s, to save their children and families from the magic half-truths (dhukraful qawl) of these misguided celebrity Maulvis. “Soon shall there dawn an age when nothing of Islam will remain except its name. Nothing of the Qur’an will remain but its text. Their Masaajid will be ornate structures devoid of hidaayah. Their Ulama will be the worst under the canopy of the sky. Today we are witnessing this phenomenon in the likes of Moolla, Bham, Menk and a myriad of other absolutely jaahil, bogus „scholars‟ posing as „ulama‟.
